Hired this contractor, who came and did the work. Then I asked him to come back and do additional work. We did nothing but go back and forth with dates and times, never being able to solidify an exact date and time. Most times he was going to be very late and wed reschedule. Then he wouldnt confirm, call or show up. Very frustrating and too much time wasted on setting up the second start date. We understand that other jobs are priority, however, dont think its asking too much to confirm a date and time. Our time is just as valuable. We decided to go with someone else.

When we are looking for professionals we want first a profesional that know how to perform the work and also giving you a reasonable price. Other pros goes crazy with estimates and nobody likes that, perhaps if you have a lot of money to throw away. Others are very rude over the phone. My work was done very good and I am very happy. Need something to be done don’t hesitate to call him and get what you need.

Henry came to my house the same day I called him to do a siding and downspout repair. He was friendly and completed the job in a timely manner. The cost was the same as the estimate he gave me over the phone. I would definitely use HZ's Contractor again.

The contractor came 3 days after contacting him which is fast. The two workers replaced the old gable vent in less than 30 minutes. They did nice work and cleaned up the debris. I recommend them.

The crew did a fantastic job of some siding repair. Since the siding was weathered, and the repair was on the gable end, I replaced the top of the gable end with a contrasting color. They did their work without any issues and cleaned up after themselves. A job well done. I recommend H&Z for siding repairs.

I was very happy with the complete experience. He contacted me within 10 minutes of requesting a quote. Quote at the job the same day. Completed the job the following week. Start to finish everything was awesome.

This was the worst contractor that I’ve ever dealt with. His assistant didn’t address the problem with my gutters that I hired them for and the owner left an absolute mess. The owner “cleaned” one set of second story gutters by throwing all of the clogged contents onto the first floor roof below it. Made no effort to clean up at all. His assistant was supposed to address another second story gutter which was overflowing but didn’t do anything but hammer the spikes back into the house. They weren’t even loose. The clogged downspout was left unaddressed and now water is getting into my house. I tried for weeks to contact the owner to resolve the issues but he rarely returned my messages and when he did, he was rude and refused to address the shoddy workmanship. DON'T HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR!!!

They realized that what the tenant thought was the problem was not and they were able to address and repair the actual problem.

Came same day I called him. Did a great job at a fair price. Very professional.
