Henry is prompt, honest and is a great value. This is the second time we've had him do work for us and the quality of his work exceeded our expectations. The job was completed on time, his attention to detail is superb and he has a very fair price..... better than several other contractors that I interviewed (even those not connected with Service magic). We will definately have him here again whenever another job is required. I would absolutely recommend him to my friends and family.

The work was done well but the communication was poor.

My job turned out to be bigger than What was expected but he was still able to accommodate us. He moved all of the furniture in My mothers room, which needed the repair, and worked around her accessibility issues and schedule. He did a good job all around.

Henry called within minutes of the project being posted. Completed the job within a week though both trips (estimate and the actual job) had to be rescheduled to later days due to delay in his other jobs.

Two Negatives about HZ's Service 1 Failed to give me a reciet for the job after it was done. 2 HZ only accepted a personal check from me for payment , which I think was odd, but difficult for me to do, I had to get a Cash Advance from my credit card 25 % Charge to resuplement my checking acc'nt.

Within a short time of being contacted by Service Magic, I received a phone call from Henry of HZ Home Improvements. Undestand this was late in the afternoon on Christmas Eve. We discussed my vinyl siding problem & I decided to have Henry do the job. He suggested coming to do the repair on Christmas Day morning, if it was ok with me. I was amazed that he would work on this Holiday, but he had concerns for the upcoming storm & further damage to my siding. Henry arrived on Christmas morning & repaired my siding approximately 25-30 feet high at the top of my chimney. He was professional & did great work. Thank you, Henry It was a Pleasure!

HZ showed up on time to give us an estimate and was willing to work with us on what we could or could not afford. We hired them to do the first work and again they showed up as scheduled and completed the work as we were told. We subsequently hired them to do some other work and look forward to working with them.
