Simbaina did a great job on our roof. They showed up on time and completed the entire roof in only one day. The pricing was fair and Luis was up front about what could cause the cost to increase once shingles were removed and the condition of the wood framing was determined. His team completed everything as promised and sufficiently cleaned up the job site after finishing. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to others.

Simbaina home improvements is the only company I would use to make any home improvements. I needed to get my roof redone after over 20+ years of wear and these guys did not let me down. After prior experiences with other companies, this company set the NEW standard. They told me exactly what could be wrong with the roof and left no surprises on the table. The communication was spectacular and the job was done in the quoted time frame. Luis said he would call/arrive at a certain time and was on par with both! I definitely recommend using Simbaina!
