Estate Landscaping

I have had the same landscaper since 1986. Most of the time I call I get his cell phone and he does not answer right away because he is in the field, but when he stops he calls. He is pretty responsive, like if I call him at 10am in the morning he will call me back by noon. But I understand he is busy. I would give him an A or I would have gotten rid of him a long time ago. He comes here every Thursday. Cost depends on what he does. If he is just doing cutting and trimming weed wacking and stuff it is like $20. It depends on the size of the property. He does the chemicals he has that license. If you need trees trimmed not big but small. He trims the bushes and mulching if you need mulch laid down. He does everything except cutting trees down. He bills me once every month or every 2 months. I don't know where he gets his guys from but they treat it like their property. He will tell you if he is behind. If you are going to have a big party and you need your lawn done, he calls his other customers. You don't expect him to come into a driving range and cut your lawn. I use him weekly, from April with a clean up through October where he starts removing leaves. He usually ends up in November. He also does snow plowing.
