I've dealt with probably 20+ contractors after the purchase of my first home in regards to work being done on my chimney, deck, roof, gutters, floors etc. Out of all of the contractors i've spoken with Charlie at Bella Casa Floors stands out as one of the best and one of my favorites to work with. When he came into my home to take a look i made him aware of all of the work i was getting done and all of the money i was spending to get things cleaned up, repaired etc. I was clearly overwhelmed and everything is new to me considering this is my first home. He easily could have made me feel like i needed to get more work done than i needed to in order to up-sell me but he didn't. He actually did the opposite. He made a point to say most of my floors were in pretty good shape already and i could save money by not getting them all sanded and stained and he actually recommended a significant cost saving solution which worked out excellent!! I've been getting compliments already on the floors. I did have one room that had a carpet which i ripped up and needed to get sanded and stained from damage to the floors and discoloring beneath the carpet. His team sanded and stained that floor and it looks incredible!! Everyone loves the work his team did including my wife and I. He was very responsive, did the work quickly and efficiently and was truly a pleasure to speak and work with. There are not many contractors i would rehire or recommend but he is definitely one of them. How could i not trust someone who helped me save money and did great work on what i did end up needing. Lastly, the price he quoted me at was a lot cheaper than another guy i had come check them out.

I had floors stripped and refinished and foot molding installed. Charlie was amazing throughout the process. He was straight-forward and honest in the initial ---very good---estimate of the charges. He was easy to work with in picking a date and to discuss what process was best (oil or water based, for instance) and how long it would take. Every time I had a new question, he was there to answer it. When there were minor adjustments to be made, he, with good cheer, made sure they happened quickly. With other contractors, I felt I had to be wary and on guard, but with Charlie, I was completely at ease throughout the process. And he delivered exactly as he promised. The floors are beautiful, and I would not hesitate to call him for future jobs. In fact. I have one in mind.

Charlie and his team were AMAZING! My new house had all wood flooring that was buried under carpet for 40+ years. We removed the carpet and needed all the floors in the house refinished to their natural state. I spoke to Charlie on a Thursday, he met us that night for a estimate and the whole house was done by Tuesday evening. His customer service through out our process was outstanding and his team did an amazing job. Very quick, but detailed and clean. So happy we met Charlie. He made being first time home owners a much less stressful experience!

I have never seen such a professional and friendly approach from any other contractors in the past. Charlie came in as a professional and laid out what could be done to fix our popped wood floors. We have decided to renew our floors to luxury vinyl. I have made a lot of research after his proposal and found out that he offered the highest quality materials at a very good price to us.Let s talk about speed: I gave him approval of the quotes project on Saturday night and he already had the material ordered, delivered and job started on Monday. Less than 48hrs!!! Wow! His team went thru inch by inch removing old floors and installing new ones. Usually you don t see this always but they also did an amazing job cleaning after themselves. I worked with a lot of pros in the past but Charlie and his team is out of this world! Phenomenal job! As long as I am around he will have all of my business in the future!! When the company we originally hired to refinish our stairs and repair a small area of the hard wood flooring in our dining room started the job and then never returned to finish the job after several calls to find out what was going on, I went onto Home Advisor to see if I could find someone to finish the job. We had already scheduled a painter to paint the trim after the flooring work was completed and when the original contractor didn't respond to our calls we were in a real bind. We were contacted almost immediately by Charly of Bella Casa Floors who came to our house and was sympathetic to our situation. He gave us a great estimate and scheduled the job so we could keep our painting appointment. The crew arrived on time, worked very hard, and did a great job. Charly called the next day to see if we were satisfied with the work or if there were any problems. He was wonderful and on top of the job every step of the way. We would highly recommend Charly and Bella Casa Floors if you want a job well done and promises kept.

This was my best experience by far with any remodeling company. They had the best prices not to mention the best customer service. Every call was answered promptly. They even coordinated with the contractor to schedule an installation date. Beautiful job. I highly recommend them.
