Sales rep was very nice to deal with and good mannered. Easy to speak to and after gettting several other prices they were they best price.

Charlie came to my residence and gave me an estimate for rug replacement for a spare bedroom and two sets of stairs and a small hallway. He also gave me an estimate for new hardwood flooring in my master bedroom. He was very honest and suggested that it wasn't necessary to spend a fortune to install the hardwood flooring. The estimate was extremely reasonable and less than we expected. The work done by his subcontractors was excellent. I would definitely recommend his company to my family and friends for any flooring needs. I was extremely satisfied during the entire process.

I have my staircase carpet installed. I am very happy with the quality of the work and the quality of the carpet. They are beautiful and comfortable.the price is reasonable for the work.

I dealt mostly with Anthony but when I would call, Charlie knew what was going and was able to answer my questions. Were helpful in guiding me to a moderately priced option, professional crew came in and did installation in less than a day and cleaned up when they were done. We're very happy with our floor and it looks GREAT!!

My floor looks GREAT! The crew was wonderful. My problem with Bella Casa is appointment keeping. I was told 9-10 am. When I phoned at 10 am, I was told 11 am to 12 pm. I was not contacted the day before to confirm appointment time. Also, all the debris was left in bags in my back yard. There was four plus a barrell. They were so I had to have a friend help get them to the curb and then my town would not take them. I had thought part of the service was disposing of the debris. I will have to have that written in my contract before I decide if I will use them early next year as I have five rooms. Floor is BEAUTIFUL!!!!! to be done.

I didn't realize that the apt I was moving to had a lot of problems, and required immediate attention. Charlie was extremely helpful & flexible with the work date in the apt. I had to re-schedule his work at the apt several times, & he adjusted & gave me a lot of leeway, was patient & understanding w/ the situation. Most of all, he was very considerate & worked with me and my tight budget. His men's work, in particular, Vincent, was very good! His team definitely provided excellent work, and I would surely hire him again should I require flooring work. The quality of his work made an otherwise ratty apt look beautiful! Highly recommended.

They were very responsive and competitively priced. They helped us through a very difficult renovation and understood our concerns.

Working with Charlie was a great experience. He provided an alternative to one of the other floor dealers and saved me a lot of money. His workers were pleasant and helpful. They moved my washing machine and dryer and reattached it. The flooring is beautiful and made a big difference in the the basement/family room.

I liked Charlie when I met him. He was very nice, approachable and upfront. I came back to him two months later and within a week, arranged for carpet installment. There were 3 installers and they were so nice and professional. Did a terrific job. I had a friend oversee the installation and people in my apartment building came to see their work and asked where I ordered the carpeting. I'll be happy to pass on a great recommendation for Charlie and his company. It was a pleasant experience.
