Unprofessional in dealing with the situation and left the customer in a bad position. Heard craftsmanship was high level. Never got that far to evaluate their workmanship

Description of Work: DEAR CONSUMER: I AM WRITING A REVIEW ON SEASHORE CONSTRUCTION. THEY HAD RECENTELY FINISHED DOING A NEW BACK TREK DECK AND STORM AND SCREEN DOOR FOR ME. LAST SUMMER THEY HAD DONE A $8000.00 JOB IN THE FRONT SIMILAR JOB BUT BIGGER. WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK AND IF I HAD ANY KIND OF PROBLEM THEY HAD WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO TRY AND HELP ME. EXAMPLE LAST SUMMER THEY HAD DELIVERED THE WRONG DECKING AND COLOR AND THE JOB FOREMAN HAD RODE TO VINELAND TO PICK UP THE STUFF SO HIS GUYS COULD GET STARTED FOR ME. HAVE MANY PEOPLE TELL ME HOW NICE IT LOOKS. SO YESX I WOULD RECOMMMEND SEASHORE CONSTRUCTION THEY ARE OUT IN EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP I'M SAYING THIS BECAUSE I SEE ANOTHER SEASHORE GROUP BUT THE ONE I USED IS ON TILTON RD. SINCERELY J. HANNIGAN

Description of Work: We are waiting for an estimate at this point. We received the estimate and they were accomodating and provided us with a break down. However, we are still trying to decide what we can afford and what we can let go at this point.

Description of Work: Mike met at site to estimate job. Discussed job for Mike to prepare estimate. Two weeks after meeting called and asked Mike how he was doing on our estimate. He said that he thought it had gone out. He will check with girls in office and get back to me. 4/5 days later an estimate arrive via us post mail. The estimate was not what the scope of work was supposed to be. There were options for things that we disscussed that should have been included. I called Mike to discuss and he recalled our discussion when we first met. He was shopping at that time and would get back to me when he got in on Monday. A correct estimate would follow. Three weeks later I am still waiting. I have moved onto another bidder and have signed a contract with them. Not the most professional experience. We considered this outfit because of the good Angies list rating. I question the accuracy of the rating.

Description of Work: Seashore was prompt, very professional and a pleasure to work with during the remoldling of our home in Avalon. They exceeded our expectation with on time and completion of the work. New roof, total window replacement, new siding, renovation of kitchen.We loved their work and they are a pleasure to deal with. Their cost estimates were accurate. We highly recommend them.

Description of Work: what a wonderful experience to have a company be not only expert in their repaires but also a honest as can be. our area was devastated by an on precedented wind storm. most companys were takeing advantage of the situation by gouging prices, Seashore Construction came out when called with an estimate well below all others and was able to start work almost immediately. their work was impeccable and the workers very polite, and clean up so you wouldn't know they were there. Seashore Construction has made me believe that honest companys still do exist. if you want a company who is reliable and honest Seashore Construction is the one. i will not hesitate to use them again.

Description of Work: Received a quote for roof installation. Sales rep was courteous and punctual, I wish I had used this contractor, instead I went with a roofer a few hundred dollars less and had problems.

Description of Work: Repaired existing loose vinyl siding on rear of house where roof meets siding. Sealed all lifted and unsealed shingles with roof cement. Cleaned up and removed all job related debris from site.
