I have used Happy Home Services for over 23 years and cannot say enough good things about them. Three women come to my home every other week. They are punctual, polite and clean my house in 90 minutes. It is spotless and always smells so fresh. I usually leave them alone in my home and have never had any issue. I trust them implicitly. One time I forgot to leave out sheets to change my beds, they were proactive and knew where to find a clean set of sheets instead of letting it go. Also they once found a small leak behind a not often used door in my back hall. This showed me how they clean in back corners and places not often frequented, It also saved me a major disaster. I usually get the same group of women to clean but not only are they the sweetest, most hard working women I know, but the companies owners/managers are a pleasure to work with. They are also polite and whenever I need to change my cleaning date they are willing and helpful. They are alway accommodating. Their prices are fair. I would highly recommend this service to anyone.

I use Happy Home biweekly except in winter. They do a consistently very good job--do what I ask and leave my home spotless.

They clean on a regular schedule. The performance is excellent, thorough cleaning, care taken to safeguard all household items. Little supervision on my part is needed, while all special instructions are followed exactly.

Happy Home Services have always been very good regarding the cleaning. They are always on time and professional. They are quick and do a great job. They were recommended to us and we have recommended them to others since we are very pleased with the job they do. They are always pleasant and really and truly care about our home. We really appreciate the work that they do for us.

I was impressed that one of the owners actually come to my house before sending out a team to clean it. It actually makes a lot of sense, because now she actually knows the place, which is helpful if I ever need to contact her about anything. She then sent a team to my house a couple of weeks later for an initial cleaning. It took almost the whole day, since they were very thorough. I was then given a price quote for monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly service. (The initial cleaning cost more because of the extra time involved.) I opted for weekly cleaning, due to our having 3 cats. The team does a very thorough job every time. They aren't cheap, but it's worth the money for the peace of mind of having my house kept clean consistently. I have hired individuals to clean before, but I prefer going through a bonded and insured company. Their team also does a much more thorough job that a single person can do. I highly recommend Happy Home Services!

The ladies are pleasant, quick workers who do a great job. Most don't understand English that well but we seem to communicate just fine. We leave some paper notes to remind them to replug in air on the 2nd floor, for when they sometimes unplug for their vacuum; we've come home in the summer to a very hot 2nd floor before the notes. All is fine now, we are very happy ?

Three women showed up with all the necessary cleaning products and equipment. They ran around cleaning every inch of the house. One lady spent the entire time in the kitchen, and left it spotless. I also noticed the grout in the shower is white (I looked a little beige before).

Everything was performed completely to my satisfaction.

I am very pleased with their work, and would recommend them to anyone.

This was ok. Not excellent but ok and for one hour they just rush. The ladies who clean are very nice and hard working. They didn’t waste a minute.

We picked this cleaning service to clean our newly renovated home before we moved in. Our house was very dusty and there was a lot of mud and dirt on the wood floors. The cleaning crew took about 4 hours to clean our home, and they did an amazing job! They cleaned black marks off walls, scrubbed all appliances, mopped, dusted, and cleaned the inside and outside of the windows. The house was sparkling and ready to move in the next day. We are considering using this company in the future to clean our home on a regular basis.

I found Happy Home Services using Angie's List, which also afforded us a $25 discount. I had tried calling numerous other services, but this place had great rates ($110/hr) and would travel to Butler, NJ. The cleaning services were great--everything was very clean when I arrived, and everything I had asked was completed. The three-girl cleaning crew that showed up was very nice, as well. The only (slight) complaint I have about this company is their communication, or lack thereof. This service recommends/requires an in-home (free) estimate, and I had to call the company back a few times to lock down a date and time for this estimate. The person performing the estimate came out to the house as expected once the date and time was set, but there again was some trouble in locking down a time for the actual cleaning; I had to be the one to call the company to confirm the arrival time for the cleaning crew (even though I was told they would confirm the time with me). I was also told that the crew would arrive between 1:30-2pm. I left work with enough time to arrive at the house between 1:15 - 1:30pm, but around 12:45pm, I received a phone call telling me that the crew was on its way and would be there at 1:15pm. I luckily arrived around that time, but the crew was already waiting for me and asked me why I didn't know they were coming between 1-1:15pm. I explained that I was given a different time frame by their manager, and luckily they didn't press the issue and I wasn't charged a late fee. It took them 3 hours to clean a 4-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom empty house, taking care to wipe down/out all cupboards, appliances, windows (which were very grimy), and thoroughly clean floors, bathrooms, and kitchen. They even managed to get the paint off the floor that we dropped there a few days prior, so I was very grateful for that. So, other than the lackluster communication and confusion about timetables, the experience was overall positive. I don't have much experience with other cleaning services, but it seems difficult to find any type of cleaning services in the Butler, NJ area, so all in all, this group is a good bet. I would use them again.

The crew of 3 arrived 10 minutes ahead of schedule, brought all of their own cleaning supplies and equipment, and immediately got to work. In 2.5 hours they accomplished everything on the checklist, and I must say I'm pretty happy with the results. This is my first time hiring a professional housekeeping service so I'm not entirely sure what my expectations were and have no basis for comparison on price. There were a few areas where they blew me away, such as cleaning the removable vent covers in the range hood and polishing the Keurig machine! The stove hasn't looked this good since we moved in, and the sink is sparkling. A few things I thought could have been done a bit better would have been scrubbing down the outside of all the kitchen cabinetry, and maybe a bit more attention to dusting detail. I also have to realize that I only booked the 2.5 hour service- I'm guessing a longer cleaning would have checked off these items as well. Overall I'm very pleased. I think I would hire this crew again when/if the need arises.

I have a regular crew and a regular time for each cleaning. Happy Homes Services has worked with me on a number of changes to the regular schedule graciously and have been very accommodating. Overall, I am very pleased with the services provided, the team who comes to my house and the professional way I'm treated.

The cleaning involved going through everything and every room with detailed attention to bathrooms and kitchen, which included complete cleaning of the refrigerator inside and out as well as the hard to reach condenser coils underneath. Also included were extra particular needs which were one-time and not typical. The work involved three people for two hours. If I want a follow on cleaning within the next couple of months the price will be significantly less because there would be less to do.

I agree wholeheartedly with all of the good reviews on Angie's list. It doesn't get any better than this.

First of all this was to be done in a hurry their office personal got me into her schedule in 2 days which was terrific and she was so easy to work with. Then the day the cleaners were coming yesterday they called to let me know they were on their way. She send 3 cleaners and they were fantastic. Each one had their job to do and they did ceiling to windows to floor even the microwave and refredgerator and laundry room. Once they all got their jobs done they all worked on the kitchen and they just all helped wach other so go they were a pleasure and I would recommend them to all my friends and I would certainly use them again if the need arises.

They did a good job in the kitchen and the bathrooms. They didn't get underneath or behind furniture in the living room and sunroom as much as I would have expected by their costs.

I chose this company because of all the A reviews and that they help organize... am I glad i did! The owner responded immediately to my call and came out the next day.. oh and every time I called I got a person, not an answering machine. My first time we had 4 girls here. They started work immediately, when they were done, I just couldn't believe at how WELL they cleaned. They've been coming every other week since November. I don't know how we got along without them. All the girls do an amazing job, but I need to point out the women who do my kitchen and bathrooms are master cleaners! Stains that I cannot get, they seem to get out. My stove always looks brand new. My white table of 15 years came back to life. oh lastly, the girls are simply nice and kind. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. I am going to hire them to do my windows and an an extra day to do my basement.

They were very detailed, on time, and well trained staff. My home has never smelt so good!! All the mirrors are like new, floors are shiny, bathrooms I can tell were detailed - bleached. I would and will recommend Happy Homes Services to all of my friends and family members. I will be using them again!!!

They broke my standing lamp and then taped it up. They scraped the whole front of my new oven. I've tried calling to get this fixed and no response.

We spoke on the phone, and they indicated I’m outside of their area. There was also confusion on what the deal covered, and it didn’t seem like as good of a deal as I originally thought.

This is how they work their scams. They charge first time for the "deep cleaning" for $500 with 3 hrs for 1,500 s.f. townhouse, which pretty much is same thing they do later on for 150/each time. They rip people off and make you unable to say no later on since you have spent a fortune. Very rigid on schedule. And here comes the best, they shortcut and steal your time when you are not home. They would claim for 3 hours every time of service and what they always do was 2 hours top and they just left. I wouldn't be suggesting to anyone. I have house cleaning for 100 dollar each time and there is no first time cleaning charge that surprises you and they did excellent job with hours they promise. Be aware of these thieves. They are professional as they claim....in coning your.

Prompt response to inquiry. A bit pricey but overall performance very good & very professional. Decided to continue service on bi-weekly basis.

I got my house deep cleaned, as I was about to put it up for sale. When the owner came down for the estimate, she gave me some very astute staging tips as well. After the crew came through, I didn't think it was physically possible for the house to be that clean. For the next couple of days I caught myself staring at random surfaces in wonder. They did mix up the scheduling a bit so we had to wait a couple of days for the window cleaners, but they were very accommodating about rescheduling, and even had them come back out on a Sunday. They did an amazing job overall; would totally use them again and recommend them.
