Before moving my daughter to the guest room I hired Ballan to open the narrow doorways to the closets and install sliding doors. A month later I hired them to fix my deck outside. I recommend them without hesitation.

First of all they came to work on my empty house backyard without me authorizing the start of the job.When I asked David if he can start in 2 days on Friday, he called and said they started that morning?? Then I said, okay fine, when cleaning up the yard can you please remove old rusted swings and broken outside shower.Next day my mom came by the house and called me saying that all of my furniture is gone: stone table with 6 chairs, 2 wheeled brass chaises, sundial, stone stand for flowers. Turned out, David assumed that it also needs to be removed and gave it away to metal scrapping people! The furniture was worth $5000, when we bought is 3-7 years ago, it was Fortunoff furniture and was going to last forever! To make up for the loss I was offered $100 off from the job. Very sad experience

Have worked with many contractors before - david is one of the best. Very Honest and non bothering. Very personable and very methodical about his job. Goes about his job without any fuss and gets them done. Very clean as well - cant figure out he had worked when he leaves. He is proactive in keeping us informed about status.
