I use them all the time. They are pleasant and professional. They are decently priced. The car is clean when I pick it up.

I feel that dealers know the car the best. Also, the deal I got was comparable to the specialty oil change places. The representative was very straightforward. I don't have any complaints.

We have purchased at least 2 new Hondas from this dealer. Both experiences were great. I research the best bottom line price for a new car before approaching the dealer. I go in knowing what price will give the dealer a fair profit ($3 - 500), but still be a good price for me. Both times we got a price from Garden State that was right at or only slightly above the "best" price I had wanted. And they did it without a lof of nonsense.

We went to both the River Street and Rt. 3 offices of Garden State Honda. Earl Brown, our salesman was very nice. He gave a great demonstration of all features of the cars we test drove, but did not push us to buy immediately. He also gave a great tour of the service facilities. At his suggestion, when we were ready to buy, we got internet price quotes for the cars we were interested in. My only concern with the experience was that the internet quotes may not have included all the features we wanted. When I called, I got great information and then told them the price I was willing to pay. When I went in for final test drives, the same salesman met me. Final price negotiations were handled without undue pressure. I was provided a ride home and given phone numbers to contact them when I made my decision. I've been happy with the entire experience and feel I got a great price on the car I wanted.
