Received a call from A&C 5 minutes after placing request with service magic when my central A/C broke down in an August heat wave. A&C was at my house within 2 hours of talking to them to service/fix my unit. They came back again later in the afternoon to further diagnose the problem and determined parts that were needed. Picked op necessary parts and installed a new furnace for me the next day--all day Saturday. I can't say enough about Caesar professionalism and follow-up--a great guy!!! And by the way the price charged was very, very fair. Highly recommend Caesar and A&C!!!

The guys were very professional. They were also able to explain well just what my options were for the project. The job got underway instaneously and they were done in no time. The work was done very professionally and neat. Every step of the project was well thought out. The preventive maintenance tips were great. They showed up an hour after I made the call to Service Magic, so it was kind of magical. My project was replacement of my outside unit(compressor/condensor).
