Description of Work: This provider Dennis McNulty responded immediately and his price was good and I hired him on the spot. He was going to research my house siding for repair and a week later "I HAD" to call him [Friday], he said he had me on the schedule for Monday however he never showed up AND he never called. He then showed up with samples a few days later and again stated he would come on Monday to repair my siding.... Again he never showed up and a week later the job is not done and he has never called. His communication is terrible. I have fired him and hired another company.

Description of Work: Nothing. They were scheduled to come out and do some repairs and cap the garage door opening. On the scheduled day I received a call from John that they had an emergency. He would call me when they were on their way. I never received a call. I called John several times but no response. They were s no-show. I called the office the next morning and the person I spoke with said she would find out what happened. She called back and said that John hurt his back on the scheduled date and he had to go to court the day I called the office. She said he could come out the next day to do the job. The thing that upset me the most was the absence of communication. Obviously he okay to come out a couple of days later. If he would have called me and explained the situation I probably would have had the job done. Lucky for me I didn't give him a deposit.

Description of Work: McNulty Roofing & Siding replaced my roof and 75% of the wood under the roof. Provided a ridge vent. They replaced the siding under the soffet that runs under the roof to give better ventilation as this was blocked with wood and we had a condensation problem in our attic. They were very professional and walked the property afterwards to clean up.

Description of Work: My mom called this company two times in the beginning of September, 2009. She did not even get a return phone call after speaking to someone and leaving two messages with them.

Description of Work: Area of the roof was leaking. The roofing company was prompt, and fixed the job at the price I was quoted.

Description of Work: I needed gutters on my garage and repair on my house. I mentioned it to my roofer and they said they did gutters, also. A new gutter was installed on my garage and a section was re pitched on my house I had gotten a quote from a franchise that was higher.
