The work was completed and came out very good, however due to an equipment failure by the contractor, the orginal scheduled date was pushed back by 2 days. Understanding that things come up is fine, however a courtesy call, voicemail, email txt message to myself as well any other customers who were scheduled that same day would have gone a LONG way. I had to contact the contractor to find out they were not going to make it on the originally planned day, when i already purposely took off from work to be there on the day...

John is professional and did a nice job with estimates. He checked in with the crew periodically during the job although I'd have liked more supervision to avoid some mix up with paints (which he promptly refunded).

The painters on the crew were pleasant and worked very hard and very cleanly. Everyone showed up on time. The level of professionalism was high. John didn't leave at the end of the job until I was totally satisfied. He used his experience and judgment to make some suggestions that made the paint job better, but also went along with some of my more dubious personal choices when I asked him to.

Punctual and efficient, the two painters who showed up at 8:00 AM worked diligently throughout the ensuing 5 hours. They were receptive to suggestions and went over every inch of their work. They would not leave until we were 100% satisfied. What I particularly liked is I did not have to pay until after the job was done and we were satisfied. In fact, 7 days later and I'm still waiting for John to invoice me! 5 * all around. Great company!
