.Rob and his associate arrived right on schedule.  They were very pleasant and professional to deal with, and left the work areas cleaner than when they arrived.  All of the work was completed to our satisfaction, and we felt the price was very reasonable for everything that was done.  Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a competent plumber.

Great job!!! Turned out we had two broken shut off valves. Both were repaired along with a piece of pipe. Plumber called to confirm appointment, was on time and very professional. We will use this company again!

RWL Plumbing came to my house on a Sunday afternoon. He arrived on time. He was very diligent in looking for the problem. He found the problem and fixed it. He was very neat and cleaned up after the job was done. I would call RWL for future plumbing work and would recommend him.

I thought I needed to get a new garbage disposal, but the plumber
inspected it and pointed out that I could get a new one or he could just
use an allen wrench to loosen up the bottom which he did. He showed me
how to fix it in the future and even left the wrench behind for me so I
am all set. I have had to do the adjustment myself once since then but
it was nice to be spared the expense of calling a plumber because he
showed me how to fix it.

Everything was performed well. Inspector passed everything on first go round. He was prompt and courteous and kept in touch throughout; explained things in detail.
Would use again.

Couldn't come til Monday 2-20-12. Needed someone that day.

On Sunday, our downstairs toilet began leaking from underneath onto the floor. The upstairs toilets were backing up into this toilet too, causing all of them to be inoperable. I called two plumbers and RWL answered. He arrived at my home within 20 minutes. He spent at least 2 hours before the clog was found and removed. He returned on Monday afternoon to repair the gasket in the downstairs toilet and replace some previously bent pipes. This took about 1 1/2 hours. He did an excelllant job and was very pleasant. He cleaned the area nicely after the work was completed. I was extremely happy with the charge due to the fact he came out on a Sunday and spent almost 4 hours total correcting my plumbing problems. I have found my plumber!

Gentleman was quick to get back to me. Did the job the following morning. Good job and complete.

Had a major leak in my crawl space due to a faulty hot water heater. Called Bob who came out on Saturday to look over the problem and to give me an estimate.He worked the next day which was Sunday. He replaced the hot water heater and replaced an old outside hose bib. He an his partner did a great job. He wrapped my new hot water heater and installed a new drip pan under the heater. His work is very neat and clean. I would use RWL again for any further plumbing issues.

Most recently, I called with a leaking hot water heater, and he was here on his way home from the large job he was working on.

Excellent service and work provided by Bob, the owner, and his employee. They were professional, efficient and very skilled. I appreciated the honesty that Bob provided when I asked him several questions about future projects.

Bob was terrific. He charged 10% to buy the parts ahead of time, but I sent him a coupon for Lowe's and he was happy to use it... which defrayed the cost for me. He was creative in the solutions I needed (my bathroom is tiny, so I was looking for ideas to maximze the space), and he gave me lots of useful information about the condition of my pipes (I am a new, first-time homeowner). My only (minor) complaint was that he moved the date for the work twice. I know that's typical of contractors, but it was frustrating and I let him know so. We worked it out, and I would definitely hire him again. Also, a friend of mine has used him many times and raves about his professionalism, punctuality, quality of work and fair pricing.

OK - one time a pipe broke, I called him, and he came over a few hours later and fixed it.

As always, Bob was responsive to my call for an estimate, and his price was fair. He and his assistant did the job quickly, cleanly and quietly, and we have been very happy with the work. In general, Bob has been to our house many times over the past few years for smaller jobs-cleaning drains, routering out the sewer pipes, and he is always courteous, professional, on time and charges extremely reasonable rates. No minimum hourly charge-this has not been our experience with other local plumbers. We're recommended him to friends who are also happy with his work. Highly recommended!

HE IS EXTREMELY HONEST, PUNCTUAL AND FAIR. HE HAS DONE KITCHEN AND BATH REMODELS FOR ME. HIS FOLLOW THROUGH IS IMPECCABLE, HE IS PHENOMENAL I WILL CONTINUE TO USE HIM.
