Mike work 2 hrs on my very clogged kitchen sink. He snaked it several times, used a hose and repeated. I am now clog free. He was on time and prepared.

My father who is suffering from Dementia has had a clogged bathroom bathtub pipe and sink pipe for almost 2 years. I finally had a chance to contact this site on 3/10/13. There were a lot of pipes to snake to find the culprit as it's an old home. Mr. Rosander worked diligently to clear the pipes and he did it in under an hour... I had a project to convert my wood fireplace to gas; it involved extending the gas line to the fireplace, and installing a gas log. The project turned out great, it was done in 3 appointments, and he showed up on time on every appointment, the work done was excellent quality. I would definitely hire him next-time if I have any plumbing work.

He was very good, I just felt that he spend more time that he should have, but I am not a plumber.

Mike was on time (actually a little early) very professional and very thorough. It turned out that we needed to have the hot water unit replaced and he provided a fair quote and came back the next day to install the new one and take the old one out.. Very pleasant to work with and have in our home.

Mike was timely and professional. I plan on using him in the future to replace a water heater, new kitchen and bath plumbing and fixtures and repair or replace the existing water pump. Fred Marshall

Quoted me Time and Material rate of $85.00 per hour. After an onsite visit, he estimated it would take 4 hours of labor and $75.00 of material. The first day he did nothing but go to the town to get a gas permit. He charged me 2 1/2 hours of labor and $25.00 for the permit. When I questioned him on it he was ready to walk off the job. After much coaxing(as I needed the job to be completed) he agreed to finish the job. Total hours it took him to complete the job was 12 1/2 hours of labor and over $400.00 in material.. This man either underquotes to "lowball" price a job or needs experience in quoting a job.

Came out the same day. Repaired a fixture on a dishwasher that was frozen and difficult to reach. Replaced faulty line and shut off valve and only charged me 95 bucks.

Michael knows his business, and was able to fix 4-5 items on our plumbing repairs list in about an hour. He's polite, on time and careful with his equipment in the home. I will call Michael again when plumbing repairs are needed.

Mike was very knowledgeable. There was a small leak in my downstairs bathroom and Mike approached the issue with caution. He was hesitant to put holes in walls/ceilings prematurely which I appreciated.

I was very impressed with Gotme plumbing. Michael called to confirm the appointment, called again to say he was on his way and arrived promptly. He easily identified the problem with the leaking shower, fixed it and checked out the second shower as a courtesy. Instead of saying he would have to order a part and come back for a second visit, he suggested that since the part was external to the valve and easy to install, that I get it, and he showed me exactly how to attach it, saving both of us time and me a lot of money.
