Professional job at a reasonable price

Upon HomeAdvisors recommendation I accepted a proposal/contract from Phoenix Gutters LLC on October 21, 2021. Proposed project date of November 19, 2021. Will Bradley and Dave Parr were familiar with the requirements of working in condo development and agreed to the insurance requirements within the proposal. I never received the appropriate documents and was strung along by both men that they would supply them and were interested in doing the work. Calls went unanswered and if returned were just more lies. My experience with this company and these men was such that I would not even allow them to clean my toilet. If this is the caliber of your referrals rest assured I will never rely on HomeAdvisors referrals. Verry, Verry Unhappy with Pheonix Gutters and HomeAdvisor.

Install went very well. They took their time and did a walk around with me when completed. There was one section that was installed differently than planned and they made it right without question. Hard to find customer service this good today. Thanks

Made many calls trying to find a company to make a couple of small repairs and clean gutters. This company called back right away. Came and gave an estimate on the spot. Had work done within 2 weeks? They called when done explained how everything went. They even replaced a small part at no charge. We were excited to see how they worked during the next rainstorm. They were almost 4x less than a multi-job company!! SharonTim (not Kim).

When they came out we were told they would clean and shine the outside of the gutters as part of the job. They actually recommended it! When they were done cleaning OUT the gutters I asked about cleaning the exterior of the gutters like they had told us they would do. My wife was excited about this, they told me they would come back to do it and they never returned..... not good business.

They did what they said they would do and were happy answer any questions that I had. They were personable and friendly. The kind of people you like doing business with. They even did some things that I did not know enough to ask for to prevent hard rain from missing the gutter. thanks and great job.

NH Gutter Pros are true pros, they came right away to give me the estimate, they were so friendly that I really want to do business with them, within less than a week they came install the gutters so fast and clean. Definitely I'll do business with them again.
