Financial Planning
He electronically deposited my taxes into my ex-wife's checking account. He was provided with the new correct checking account number on two occassions and still couldn't get it right. When I went to sign the final papers he said everything was all set and like a fool I trusted him and just signed it. The IRS said because I signed it, they placed the money where it was suppose to go. I should have double checked the paper work but again, having had my taxes done by him for years, I trusted him. Now my ex spent the money, won't return it and he has accepted no responsibility in reimbursing me or attempting to get the money back for me. He has essentially placed the blame on me for signing the papers and has washed his hands of it. He has acted unprofessionally, was snied about it and claims he has never made a mistake before this one ever. We have since heard differently.
