Premier Exteriors removed and replaced our large deck complete, including new footings, new concrete slab at the entrance and bringing in fill as necessary. Workmanship, and cleanup were excellent. They did a great job! I would recommend them and would not hesitate to rehire them for future projects.

I was trying to put my house on the market and they took 3 months to get the work done. They thought that they had ordered the windows but did not which set the time back 3 weeks. There was a hail storm and they pushed my repairs to take care of others. They damaged the walls window ledges when installing my windows. A ladder, paint and grass seed was missing after the work was done and the back sliding glass door was left unlocked.

"Susan, although we had an incompetent sales person (who has since been let go) that made mistakes when you and he signed a contract, our company honored the contract, to our financial detriment. We completed your project as quickly as we could and it was done correctly to your satisfaction, since you paid us in full for the work completed. We did not push back your project to do other projects. In construction, nothing goes exactly as planned due to a large variety of factors that we largely cannot control. The facts are: 1) We went over and above what was expected and agreed upon in writing to meet your expectations. We even went so far as to repair damages to your rental property that had been done prior to our arrival to begin any work; and 2) We repaired your deck when it should have been replaced in it's entirety, and put in a cement pad, that cost us $2800 to do, which you paid $875 for. Its unfortunate that due to the property being left empty for a period of time, there was theft that occurred at that location, however, it had nothing to do with our insured & reputable workers who had no reason to steal those few items."

Premier took on a job that was too small for the company that was paid a lot of money to install the siding in the first place. Jim, the President(!) of Premier Exteriors showed up right on time. He assessed the situation quickly and after some effort to free the siding he found the wires that I needed to use my Ring Doorbell. He carefully measured and cut room for the wires making a hole just large enough to make them accessible. Great Job! And to top it off, he charged me nothing for a half an hours work! Highly recommended.

In less than a year the concrete was crumbling in several sections. I contacted this contractor and they said they weren't obligated to do anything since the workmanship was ok so it's the concrete companies issue even though they were the company i hired. I have been trying to work with Premier Exteriors since Feb 2011 and have sent them 31 emails. It is now Dec 2011 and i still don't have resolution. they said in July 2011 they would replace the bad panels but keep telling me they are too busy with other jobs to get to me. the damage has gotten to over a 2 foot by 1 foot wide in 1 section and basketball size in another. i hope this helps

"As I told the customer and every customer when it comes to concrete in Nebraska and the extereme temperature changes we experience. There is one guarantee with concrete and that it will and is going to crack, its just the nature of concrete.Some crack sooner and some later than others, I try to buy the best mix of concrete I can but still can't guarantee the longevity of no cracks."

I found them efficient in their work from opening bid to finished work. They did a great job removing and steel roof on my garage, fixing the underlayment and sealing it, then replacing the original steel with no damage to the product. Good job all around.

It took a little longer than I expected to finish but the weather had alot to do with that with the rain we had. They were very professional and did not rush through the job which is more important to me having it done right then quick. Was very reasonable with the pricing even when they found another layer to the roof that wasnt in the estimate he quoted a fair price on it and held up to it. My house wasnt very accessible with no street access and up a hill on the front and down a hill on the back. They cleaned up all the trash having to carry it in trash cans to the truck. I am very pleased with the work that they did.

I read poor reviews before I started this project, so shame on me for not believing them. I was disappointed with the planning around the project, primarily with crews who stated when they would be on site and were no-shows. Calls to the crew leaders and to the owner went unanswered. By far the most disappointing experience was after I gave them a check (at 150% of the quote price given unplanned material costs) before promised clean up. I got a flat tie from materials left behind, stopped payment on the check, and received a violent diatribe from the owner before having the opportunity to explain the situation. NOT RECOMMENDED.

"Customer first of all bounced a check to me so it started off on a bad note all I can say is look at the other 43 ratings on here I don't see any poor reviews so I don't understand, it seems someone was trying to get something for nothing again. customer also expected service on sunday that is the day she called we cant work every day."
