They performed a tune-up for which I had made an appointment. They weren't finished when they said they would be. Within a week my car was shaking badly, so I took the vehicle back to them. He told me I had a bad coil. I don't know if the problem occurred as a result of the tune-up. They tried to find the part for me but had to go to a different town to get the part (Lincoln) and poorly estimated the time the car would be finished. When they put the part in it was bad. He told me he didn't trust the parts store where he got the part, so why did he get there? Any doubts I had were quickly eased when he didn't charge me for the work done putting the part in, and only charged for the part. The car since then seems to have been working fine. I do feel that he was patient and very polite in his manor.
