Before I was concerned with my husband and myself falling while bathing because of the new shower put in by East Coast I'm not worried anymore. He made a safe area for us to bath and that has been a breath of fresh air to me. If you need a new shower or bath contact this company you will not be disappointed.

Neil and Jacob were excellent! From the beginning, Neil was very responsive and did the most thorough inspection compared to all the companies that came out to give us a quote. He also gave the best price out of all of them. Both Neil and Jacob were very nice, courteous and had a great work ethic. Everything they did was well done and was of good quality. Neil was very accommodating with all of the changes that I wanted to make. He let me choose the shower fixtures and the glass door that I wanted and came up with a solution to make it possible. Neil was also very diligent with communicating with our home insurance company so that our claim could be handled quickly and efficiently. This ensured that I got the insurance check in a timely manner which is a plus! They also did a great job keeping everything clean after they left for the day. I would highly recommend this company to my family and friends!

Neil Wenz at East Coast Shower and Bath did an excellent job removing a separate tub and shower and installing a new acrylic shower and base. Neil was accommodating when we had to change original install date and worked with us to ensure our satisfaction. Mr Wentz and his partner were extremely polite and courteous. They were on time and did a great job removing the tile, making the necessary repairs before installation of the new product. We are so thankful to have found Neil to help renovate our bathroom. His attention to detail from the planning through to completion was second to none. He was the only contractor able to come up with a creative solution to reducing the need for custom glass while still ensuring we had sliding doors to the shower. And when "hidden issues" were discovered, he never skipped a beat. Everything was done with high attention to detail. Neil made sure to keep dust to a minimum and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day of work. I believe our bathroom was cleaner when he was all done than when he began! :-) The quality of work in installing the shower and floor was 5 stars! I love my bathroom again! His work ethics are incredible and I highly recommend him for any bathroom project you have.
