"They did a great job! My roof looks great! Reliable and kept me well informed about everything. They kept cost in mind and cleaned up nicely after themselves. Serge even came out late to tarp the roof until it could get repaired so that I didnâ t have any further damage to the house waiting for the roof. They were very nice to work with. Great people. I canâ t say enough good things about them!"

"Initially the work performed by Al Savelle was satisfactory. However, when we contacted Al to return and correct an issue with the toilet leaking from the base he refused to stand behind his work and correct the problem created by his work not being done correctly. Below are the details of the situation: Al Savelle was hired to re-seat 2 toilets in our home on 21-April-2018, after our floors were installed. On 22-May-2018, one of the toilets started leaking at the base. When I called to get him to come out and fix the issue he stated he would be at my house between 0830-0900 on 23-May-2018. The morning of 23-May, I received a text from Al stating "Good morning Scott, I can't warrantee that old toilet and my schedule is busy right now. Your best bet is probably to get another local plumber". I responded with several texts after that as follows: From Scott K: Al - you did the work to install the toilets and one is leaking. Therefore it is your responsibility to come and fix the issue since the work done was not done correctly From Scott K: The age of the toilet is irrelevant. The toilet did not leak before the floors were installed. The whole purpose in hiring you as the plumber was to ensure the reinstall of the toilet was done properly. From Scott K: When will you be here to correct the problem? Scott K: So am I understanding that you are not going to honor your promise of "Our work is good. We promise. And behind that promise, we want you to know that we back our work with a satisfaction guarantee. We won't stop working until you like what we've done"? I received no response to any of the above text messages After several attempts to call Al to discuss the matter (each time the call went straight to voice mail with instructions to text the issue to him as he does not check his voice mails), we are now forced to contact another plumbing company and pay for All Savelle's incompetent work in order to prevent additional damage to our brand new flooring."

New construction and remodeling. Full home repiping. Water heaters, drain cleaning, faucet replacement, custom houses, commercial work, back hoe and trenching. Honest and hard working employees. All work guaranteed.

"Excellent. Service professional was on time, polite, organized and knowledgeable. He even cleaned up the area where he had drilled and moved the refrigerator back into place. I could not have had a better experience. Parts were new and better quality than I would have used. He even added a braided water line to my ice maker. WOW. I was impressed. Price was fair. Please call them for your plumbing needs. I know I will."

Our professional, punctual, and experienced staff look forward to hearing from you today! We offer 10% Senior Citizen and Military Veteran discounts on repairs.

"Thank you very much for the excellent work that your team did. I had two items that needed to be fixed and I received a competitive quote. 3rd Rock Plumbing was not the most expensive, or the cheapest, but I liked the way that they treated me. They did not try to oversell me. I accepted their quote and had the work completed. They did a great job, even took off their shoes when they came inside of my house. Thank you again, I have your number saved in my phone."

Sewer Cleaning questions, answered by experts

That pungent rotten egg smell coming from your drain is likely the buildup of biofilm—hair, skin, and soap scum that turns into a black sticky mess. In this case, pouring down near-boiling water, baking soda, and white vinegar will remove the smell. Keep in mind that a rotten egg smell is occasionally a sign of larger sewage line clogs and other related issues.

Depending on the home, wastewater either goes into a septic tank and seeps back into the backyard or is sent via sewer system to a local sewage-treatment plant. Septic systems naturally separate different components of the waste so that it can naturally and safely disperse it. They are usually reserved for homes not served by a municipal sewage department (like rural homes). A treatment plant, on the other hand, speeds up that process through screening and purification.

Simple blockages can be cleared using household plungers or manual snakes, provided no severe plumbing issues exist.

Anywhere from 18 inches to 8 feet deep. Your depth depends on soil and weather conditions in your area. If you live in a colder region, your lines are likely to be deeper than the lines of those living in warmer regions. Contact your local sanitation department or wastewater control board to get the plans for your system and find out for sure how deep your sewer lines are buried.

Costs range from $200 to $600, depending on the severity of the blockage and access difficulty.
