She was a bad real estate agent. She didn?t get our inspections in time. She was very forgetful. She tried making money off of lawn cutting services by charging me more than they charged. I would not use her again. She has a very bad service. She was unprofessional and didn?t help us and give us information throughout our process. She rushed my wife through the house and through the neighborhood. She rushes through everything therefore she makes mistakes. She also was charging us a referral charge for lawn care and never told us. She was trying to make more on the referral than the lawn guy himself, I caught it before it happened. My wife flew from New Jersey to North Carolina to close on the house. Ellen picked my wife up at the airport and drove so fast that it almost my my wife nauseous. We were unable to close as she did not tell us that the house needed a stove to be sold underneath North Carolina law. She also didn't tell us that the VA needed 72 hours prior notice to close on a date and never notified them. We had to drive back to New Jersey and never got to close on our house while we were down there. We have family members who have also bought a house through her and had bad experiences, too. We gave her a chance and thought it was a lack of communication, but we've learned they were right.
