Really, the technician came out, adjusted the garage door eye and put a bolt in the arm that lifts the garage door. He spoke to me about what potentially could go wrong in the future given the age of the door and I decided to go ahead and replace the worn out spring with two new springs. The technician was very nice and professional and the prices were fair.

Overall the work was well done. My garage door is much quieter now!!

The technician was very professional, gave me a review of my garage door - I have minor damage to the bottom panel - gave an estimated cost of replacement for the panel and the door. He offered a written estimate, which I declined because they no longer carry the brand I have and he said it's a great door with really good seals, even with the damage there has not been any leaks from the door. It was a great experience.

Husbands garage door just stopped working the day before. So I pulled up Angie's List aka, the Angles List, I guess this is the time of year garage doors start breaking down because in a minute or 2, I had the name of a provider and clicked my way to happiness. The guy was here in 2 or 3 days, a busy man was he. In no time he showed me the problem on my door, which I didn't know was busted, however after he pointed it out anyone could see the busted spring 20 feet away. But whoever looks at those things. 20 minutes later, he had fixed 2 doors, collected his money and was pulling out of the driveway. Hats off, this is another A++++ American.

My 16 ft garage door wouldn't open after one of the springs broke. My first phone call to Triad Door was answered by a person at 8:20 in the morning and the work was completed by 3:00 that same afternoon. Onsite technician Kevin was very helpful, professional and polite. He explained that the Wayne Dalton Torquemaster system I currently had was not really worth repairing with replacement springs. He discussed the option of repairing the door vs. replacing the door and I opted to repair. He replaced the Dalton system (springs inside a metal pole) with the traditional torsion spring that you typically see in most residential garages. The door now runs smoother and quieter than it ever has and I have a better understanding of how to maintain the door's moving parts.

Coty arrived right on time on a Saturday morning. Diagnosed the problem quickly. He gave me options to fit my budget and the work was preformed quickly and professionally. The customer service representative, Amanda is friendly and accommodates customers scheduling requests. Give them a try.

They were extremely responsive, I called after 5:00 PM and they answered the phone and scheduled me for the next day. They even offered to come assist me with opening the garage door to get our vehicle out since the spring was broken and the garage door opener was not working. Would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.

Asked several companies for quotes, OTDC set up a date and time, arrived promptly, examined the existing doors, went through options, answered all my questions, and gave me a couple of quotes based on what we had discussed. I decided to go with OTDC, they ordered the doors and parts - which took about three weeks to arrive. Once they had received everything, they contacted me and we set up a time to do the install. The install team arrived promptly, got to work, and finished in about 4 hours. A week or so later I noticed a small problem, notified OTDC and they came out promptly and corrected it. Overall, easy to work with, did a good job, and fixed problems quickly.

Arrived on time, did the job quickly, and got the doors right even though they are old and the springs aren't balanced.

Our salesman Dave (who also did door maintenance) was very knowledgeable about product and about garage doors in general. Was able to answer our questions about doors in general, as well as specifics about our wants and needs. Crew came on day of install (hour later than we were told was possible) and spent day installing door. Door looked and performed beautifully though slightly out of level. (crew mentioned that they had trouble with this 18ft door as vast majority of installs were 16ft doors). After a call, our salesman Dave (who also did door maintenance) came at appointed time (2 days later) and performed door tune up that leveled door, resolving issue. Would recommend these guys again.

Once he came and looked at the damage, it was determined that the best course might be to replace both springs and the mechanisms that raise and lower the door. Also the wheels that the door ride on were old and he replaced them with ones that are very quiet. He did an excellent job and the door is as good as new and even better! It was all done at what I consider a reasonable price, so we are definitely pleased with the overall experience.

The garage has a low profile, but Kenneth came out and was able to provide a solution on the spot. The installation was quick and the installer was courteous, friendly, and professional. They did a great job.

This service was more than worth the price! The serviceman who showed up to provide the tune-up took the time to explain all of the moving (and non-moving) parts as well as the life-expectancy of each. The tune-up provided changed my loud screeching garage door to one of a smooth hum. I will definitely be using this company for annual service as well as when any parts need replacing!
