I had a dog with an emergency situation. Torn ACL and needed surgery asap. Had to use the doctor that was there at the time. Ended up being Dr. Cindy Eward who is probably ok in her area of expertise, but has no business performing this operation.  She did not do a good job as evidenced by the fact that she also broke my dogs fibula and nicked caudal ligament when rotating bone during operation. She kept this information from me until a month after the operation at which point my dog was slowly deteriorating.  She has an inferiority complex and that certainly doesn't help but her level of knowledge of this particular operation was nil (she claimed when I saw her initially that she had performed 200-300 of these) as was evidenced by the fact that I had to euthanize a dog that previous to the operation was taking three two hour walks a day.  He had torn his opposite cruciate in 2009 and had rehabbed perfectly so I knew what to expect, but could tell something was very wrong with this one.  She never took responsibility for her lack of a thorough exam upon presenting him at the clinic initially and her treatment of him was inexcusable.  PLEASE DON'T GO HERE.  The director of the clinic was no help and as far as they are concerned they have no responsibility.  Go look at the reviews on Yelp and be sure to look at the filtered ones. For some reason they are able to filter any bad reviews of this place. It is a nightmare financially and they don't have one single doctor there I would trust.  Just my opinion after my experience (which was horrible) but if you need to go to a clinic in the Cary/Raleigh area, go to Veterinary Referral Hospital on High House Road. Don't go to this place and give your pet a death sentence. Never seen a less caring bunch of individuals.  Money is main goal at this vet.
