Description of Work: My initial experience with Air Experts began with a cleaning and inspection deal that I purchased through Angie's List. The young man, Kyle, serviced both our heat pumps. When he was done he took the time to explain to me the problems he found. He seemed very knowledgeable and honest. Our units were 16 years old and we have been putting band aids on them for a few years so I was not surprised and finally resigned myself to the fact that it was time to replace them. The salesman came to our house and went over different units in different price ranges. We settled on mid-range priced units. The installers came within a couple days and spent one whole day installing them. All the workers were very polite and respectful of our home and also did a good job cleaning up after themselves. During the next couple of weeks we felt that our bonus room was not heating any better than the previous unit and they came out a couple of times to make adjustments at no extra charge. They moved the thermostat to a more appropriate place and they did things to the duct work. Everyone that we dealt with was very nice and spoke highly about the company they work for. From my overall experience I would highly recommend Air Experts Heating and Cooling.

Description of Work: For the last 2 months, my electric bill has gone through the roof. I took advantage of the Angie's List Deal with Air Experts for a diagnosis of my heat pump. They responded with an appointment that very day and found that my thermostat was wired wrong (we had just had a new HVAC system installed last summer). He fixed the thermostat, and I am waiting for my next bill to find out if, indeed, that fixed the problem. I am definitely counting on it. :-) I would enthusiastically recommend these guys to anyone--(especially if they are having problems with their electric bills).
