Jim and Salvador were reliable, respectful and great to work with. They came in and took over the completion of our kitchen renovation after another person left midway through leaving us in quite a bind. Despite the complexities of doing this, they managed to complete an extensive kitchen renovation. I'd work with them again.

Jim and his team were awesome! It's hard to find someone who takes so much pride in their work and is so professional and reasonable. Our tile grout repair looks great! We've already used him again for brick repair and plan to use him for several other home repair project. Highly recommended!

"I took the time to obtain the exact color stain from Sherwin Williams (custom color) recommended against any clear coat and removed the hardware from the custom wooden garage doors and applied 2 coats of stain. This was exactly what the customer wanted. They seemed really pleased with my work."

Scheduling was a little difficult, partly due to him having small crew and in demand, but wait time was ok overall and worth it in the end, did a very good job on job (tile floor, and some plumbing and other small jobs)we asked of. Will definitely go back to him for other jobs in future and recommend him.

Jim was hardworking and did a beautiful job as did his other worker. Problems for me were work day starting at 10 AM and staffing problems--a little disarming to not know who and if the worker would show up. He's a real perfectionist which makes him take longer than he estimates. Insist on a contract.

Jim and his worker did an excellent job preparing our walls for a new fridge. The main problem I had was that it ended up costing more than double what he had quoted. That being said, I think he was working on the job for most of the time he was here, and I think it was more of a problem of just not quoting the job appropriately. I plan on using Jim Bartlett in the future.
