I learned of this company from Home Advisors. We needed our bathroom and laundry closet tiled. Luckily, when I called, he was able to come out right away (on a Saturday), offer a quote and quick discussion about materials. He returned the next day right on time and completed the project swiftly and beautifully. I really appreciate how quickly he was able to accommodate us. We needed this project done quickly, and Juan delivered! He was kind, focused on the job, and professional. He is now my 'go-to' for future tiling projects. Five stars and beyond!

Juan installed a tile back splash for us today. He arrived promptly and began working. He had some terrific idea of how to incorporate some small tiles that my husband and I purchased in Mexico. He made diamond designs that really enhanced the overall look of the backsplash. Would definitely recommend him and plan to hire him again for other projects.

They instructed me to buy the grout that matches my shower. I bought it and they used it. 2 days later, the grout starts chipping up. I call them and they blame the grout; they don't use that type of grout normally but did because I bought it. They never said anything before they started the project. The redeeming part is they came back to re-do with their own group. A few parts look a bit rushed and unprofessional, but since it's a shower floor, I'm not overly concerned.

Pleasant, hard working, punctual but sloppy, not communicating well with owner, no attention to detail, poor clean up after job was completed (required additional cleaning of walls/ceiling that were not tiled and repainting). Inexpensive but we would have preferred work cost was higher and quality better. Unfortunately we were in a hurry.
