Jeremy and his partner did a great job. Called for a quote and had Jeremy come out and provide me with my options. They could have installed the door for me the same day, but I did not have the time to stay home from work. In any case we scheduled a time for a return visit. Door was installed within 3 hours. Looks fantastic, works great and is a big step up from our original garage door. The windows make a world of difference. Both Jeremy, and his assistant whose name I cannot remember were great. Very professional and polite. Open Up Garage Doors were referred to me and I would not hesitate to refer them or utilize their services in the future.

It went real good. The cost was less than I expected. The guy came right out on a Sunday morning when I called him on Saturday night. There was no extra charge for coming out on a Sunday. The guy did great. He got the job done in about 30 minutes and also lubed up the door for no extra charge as well.

Jason came to our home the same day that I ordered the garage door spring replacement. He worked with my wife and explained everything in detail. He called me at work and went through spring replacement and that our opener's limits were not functioning. We up graded the opener and everything was working again within 21/2 hours. I would have him do work for us again and price was reasonable.

Jeremy and John were polite, professional, and provided an excellent service. My garage door was popping very badly and they fixed that problem and the garage doors are now properly sealed and very quiet . Jeremy and John wouldn't leave until the job was perfect, and it is. Called Open Up Garage Door to inquire about purchasing and installing a garage door opener. John was friendly and knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. The next morning, two professional, friendly men came out and installed the opener. They helped me program the wireless keypad and showed me how to get the door open if the power goes out. Would definitely call Open Up for any garage door work in the future. Highly recommended.

Our garage door torsion spring broke (after being replaced only four years ago by a different company). I searched Angie's List and based upon the various reviews, I decided to call Jeremy at Open Up Garage Door, Inc. Jeremy returned my call promptly and we discussed the problem I was experiencing. I scheduled an appointment for Tuesday morning and Jeremy indicated that he would call 30 minutes prior to arrival. As promised, Jeremy called 30 minutes prior to arrival, to let us know that he was on his way. Jeremy and John arrived promptly at 8:30 AM. John inspected all of our garage door components. He verified that the torsion spring was broken and needed to be replaced. I purchased a special offer on Angie's List, to replace the left wind torsion spring for $150 (parts and labor). John replaced it with a much heavier spring (0.250 x 2 x 32), rated at 30,000 cycles, and indicated that it came with a lifetime warranty. John had also showed me where the torsion cables (on each side of the door) were badly damaged, and recommended replacing them (as it was only a matter of time before they snapped). John replaced both cables (with a much heavier gauge wire) for $65. John had pointed out that the brackets on the bottom of the door frame (both sides) were bent and loose. John repaired and reinforced both of these brackets at no additional cost. I had read many reviews on Angie's List regarding replacing the existing rollers with Nylon rollers (with steel ball bearings); for a quieter / smoother operation when opening / closing the garage door. John indicated that it wasn't necessary to replace the existing rollers, but I elected to have all ten rollers replaced for a very reasonable cost of $65. John and Jeremy made all of the changes I had requested; made minor modifications to ensure that the door was properly aligned; checked to determine if the opener was operating correctly (and at the right force); tested the system; and then asked me to come out and inspect everything. John went over all of the work that was performed and showed me where to apply WD40 (to the bearings and torsion spring - four times per year) and white lithium grease (to the Genie screw drive garage door opener track - yearly). Note: white lithium grease is beneficial for instances of metal on metal contact.. I cannot believe how much quieter and smoother the garage door operates when it opens or closes! I was extremely pleased with Jeremy and John's professionalism, knowledge, attention to detail, quality of their workmanship, and value for the dollar. I would most definitely use them again and would recommend them highly!

Took couple weeks to get special order double wide (18 x 8) insulated garage door since I wanted a slightly thicker 24 gauge steel door. Jeremy scheduled time for delivery and installation of door. He arrived on time and had the door installed in less than 4 hours. Installation included new springs, nylon rollers and all the rails. Trim kit was also installed that provides a good seal of the garage door. Operation of the new door is excellent and quiet compared to old, heavier wood door. No more painting garage door in the future. Would definitely recommend Open Up Garage Door for your garage door needs.

I am a new home owner and Jeremy took the time to explain everything to me. He replaced the wheels on the track, oiled the joints, and gave me a new keypad and a second set of wheels for a reasonable price. He was very quick but efficient. He didn't rush. Upon returning from work my car and garage door met and the result wasn't very pretty.....was sure I needed a new garage door. I found Jeremy on angie's list and called because of excellent reviews. I was at the office, Jeremy went to my home to secure the garage door until a new door could be installed. What an honest man! Jeremy called me at the office and said he could fix the door thereby saving me upwards from $1,000 ! my door works better than ever, was fixed just a few hours after my call...and we never met!
