We hired Mike Monroe's firm to do the job based upon others' recommendations from my work associates and Angie's List. It was the best move we ever made. My wife and I have had the continued experience of poor workmanship and professionalism from other contractors for many years, In this case, though, we finally came upon a business owner and firm which was truly professional, punctual, efficient, and most of all, truly cared about the services they performed and how happy we were. My first experience with Mike was a face-to-face meeting at my home. We discussed my budget, my needs, his services, the goods he would use, the people he would hire to physically do the job, delineated costs, and the anticipated date of completion, taking into consideration weather conditions. Every element was transparent, which I truly appreciated. When the work was initiated, it started on-time, and this element never faltered. That is a huge plus for me, since most contractors do not treat punctuality as a "default", in that most contractors believe a homeowner should be happy just to have their workers show up on time. This was a sign of great things to come. Then came the work. Almost perfect. Two tiny issues still existed. The key point, though, was how quickly the resolutions were made. Instantaneous! Mike came to the house within one day, analyzed the problems, and resolved the issues with his people the next day. He truly cared about his work. I have not seen professionalism like his in greater than twenty years. One more mention: Mike observed that our windows were painted shut, an element which my wife and I never noticed. He took it upon himself to make a special trip to our home to fix the problem and at no further cost to us. Now that is a sign of true professionalism! I would recommend Mike and All Phase Exteriors to anyone. Anyone!

After signing the contract for the work on Mar 26, 2013 with the sales representative (Michael Monroe), I was told to pay 40% of the balance for the work to begin, in which I complied. After the contract was signed, then the nightmare began! After waiting for two weeks for a start date, the work finally began on Saturday, April 6, 2013. The original start date was to be on Apr 4th, but was moved to Apr 5th due to rain. Then on the morning of Apr 5th Michael showed up to my house at 7:00 am and said they were ready to start the project. However, after I left to go to school, he informed my wife that one crewmember was out sick and the project would have to be posyponed until Saturday Apr 6th. On Apr 6th at 7:30 am, A truck pulls into my yard with approximately a 8-member crew from AB Hurricane Vinyl Siding Co., from Raeford, NC. The crew supervisor said that Michael would not be coming out to the house during the project, but stated that he was the crew supervisor and he was here to perform the work and that the job was tenatively scheduled to be completed by 3:30 pm that afternoon. Wow, what a turn of events, I had now been subcontracted out to another company to perform the work for AllPhase Exteriors, but never informed for this slight change of business. So, I agreed and Abraham and his crew started the work. Apparently, this crew was not the professionals that I had thought I was getting based on Michael Monroe's sales pitch and their website, as only two of the crew members could speak English. The roof shingles were put on by 3:30 pm as stated, however, the job could not be completed because they were 5 bundles short of having enough shingles to complete the job. So, Abraham told me that he and another crewmember would come back on Monday Apr 8th to fininsh the roof replacement. Then the nightmare really began when Abraham and his crew started the two door replacements. They did not have the proper parts for the doors and had to leave for an hour to go to Lowe's and by more parts. Needless to say, the doors were not installed completely until 10:30 pm that night. Michael (AllPhase Exteriors) never called me at any time on Saturday Apr 6th, to check with me about the status of the roof or the doors! Then Monday came, and no one came to my house or called me about finishing the gaping spot with missing shingles on the top of my roof. It was not until Tuesday Apr 9th, that a tractor trailer pulled up to my house and delivered the needed 5 bundles of shingles. However, neither Michael (AllPhase Exteriors) or Abraham (AB Hurricane Co.) called me to inform me about any completion efforts. Then unannounced to me, Abraham shows up to my house later Tuesday with one crewmember to finish replacing the shingles and they finally completed the job and left at 8:15 pm. Then the next day Michael finally calls me after no communication for 4 days and has the audacity to ask me to send the balance money of the project to his home office which is about 100 miles from my home, without giving me any warranty information or paperwork. My suggestion is that this company should be honest and communicate with customers. My recommendation to future customers is to beware of shady businesses!

We called the company on Friday, April 5, 2013 to request someone to come look at a leak we had discovered that morning after the rain on the previous day. We were told that we would receive a follow-up phone call that day, but none came. We called again on Saturday, and were told the same thing. A follow-up phone call DID come within the hour, and it was determined that they would be out that afternoon. No one came. We called again on Monday morning, and were told that someone had just been in our area and they didn't know why they didn't come by. We were told they would be here the next day (Tuesday) about 12 PM. They came about 2 PM, addressed the problem, gave the estimate, and offered an additional service to replace our gutters for $2000. We told them that we would have to think about it, and they said that someone would be out the next day (Wednesday) to repair the roof. No one showed up. We called again, and we were told that they were extremely busy and would fix it the next day by 12 Noon. FINALLY, a young man came on Thursday to fix it, but he didn't get here until about 5 PM. We are satisfied with the work itself, and the folks were very courteous, but to be put off for that many days was a little disconcerting. Thank goodness, it was a minor leak and was repaired before the next major rain came on Friday. If it had been something major, we would have been in dire straits.

My bathroom had a leak in the ceiling so I gave them a call. Found them through Angie's List. They were here exactly when they said they would be. First they checked my roof for "hail damage", which there was no evidence of that. But, they did discover that I needed two vent pipe boots. One was causing the leak in the bathroom and the other was dry rotting. So, I had them replace both. Have had plenty of rain since, but no more leaks. Very good job and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They were extremely professional. The crew was helpful and VERY hard working, timely and we are thrilled with the quality of the job. They are the best!!

We have used All-Phase in the past. They were very professional and did an amazing job, including adding 2 skylights. The job was completed on time and exceeded my expectations.

My roof had an active leak and needed repair. I called All Phase Exteriors after my sister in law had used them to replace her roof after hail damage and was very pleased with their service. Clint came out to my house and assessed the roof condition. We talked about full roof replacement and repair options. Mike came to our house and showed us estimates for full roof replacement and for repair. My wife and I decided on the repair (the roof had a current leak and had to be fixed). A roofer came out a little over two weeks later. He repaired the leak (replaced the two sheets of plywood). He had to come back next day since it started raining. The next day, he finished the work. All the staff at All Phase were professional, courteous and arrived promptly. They cleaned up and left no trace that they were here except that my roof does not leak anymore, the nail pops don't show, and the warped boards were replaced allowing the tiles to lay flat again!

They did a great job, and inspected the entire roof and even identified another small area that needed to be repaired.

Overall it went well. The siding was replaced and looks good, and they did a good job. They did damage a few landscaping shrubs, which I will have to replace, in the course of the job. I tried to protect them, but they removed my protection and they were damaged to the point I can't salvage them. It was minor but an inconvenience none the less.

Have had issues with getting someone to actually quote me for the job since it's a rather small job for most contractors and handymen, but All Phase was great from start to finish. They came out on time, gave a quote on time and also followed-up with the quote in a few days. Most don't so that was great. The work was done in one day, six boards and the trim around the window were replaced. They even replaced the defective drip edge that caused the issue. Phillip was the main carpenter of the two that did the work and he was very polite and professional. They painted everything that needed it (I supplied the paint) and I am very relieved to have that project complete and looking great. Their supervisor stopped by that day and then today to check on the final work. Will definitely keep them as my go to company for outside work that I can't reach or complete. I have some windows to replace in the coming year and they will get a call. Thanks All Phase Exteriors!

We did have some problems some big, some small. But everything was rectified and we are happy.

All Phase has been a lifesaver. I had another company out working on the leak and they stopped showing up so I needed to find a company that could diagnose the leak and complete the job. Joleen was great about getting someone out to check on the issue and then to pull an estimate together for me. Josh came out to diagnose and to fix so it was nice to have continuity there. I'm still waiting for a really hard rain to know for sure if we've got the leak but I feel pretty certain that we do. And if not, then I'll definitely have All Phase out for another look. I felt they wanted to get my leak fixed nearly as much as I did.

I was extremely pleased with all of the work. The owner, Mike and the foreman, Scott personally oversaw all of the work. The salesman, Duane , provided detailed descriptions of exactly what would be done along with detailed price quotes. The workmanship and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. I had another contractor at the house after the job was done and he commented on what a great job they did on the front portico.

They got out there quick and gave a very thorough estmate with pictures of items that needed some attention.

I called Allphase to take a look at my roof. The person showed up on time and performed the inspection. He found storm damage and showed me pictures from the damaged areas. He recommended I contact the insurance company, which I did, and they approved the replacement. Allphase gave me the options for the materials and did not try to up sell. They scheduled the replacement, showed up on time, and cleaned up when they left. It was a smooth transaction.

They were very good. They beat everyone's price, they finished on time, their workers were professional, and their work was high quality. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to others.

I called to get an estimate on roof repair. The appointment was made and the rep came on time. He was very professional, used care on climbing on the roof, etc. He said he had the info needed and was going back to their office to get the estimate prepared. They would call when done. I waited 2 days and got no call so I called the office. They said the rep was in the field, they would call him so he could get back to me. It never happened. This was 3 weeks or so ago. I probably would have used them, but they never let me know the estimate was. Poor practice.

The whole experience with All Phase was a pleasure. They were prompt to return phone calls and kept appointments. Jenny and Josh came out initially to work up an estimate. A few days later they came back with well written estimates for all the work that we would like to have done. They showed us before and after photos of other local jobs the company had done and discussed the differences in the the roofing styles. We had also received estimates for siding, gutters and windows. They were very thorough and patient while we asked lots of questions. They left us with the estimates and waited for us to call them. There was never any high pressure sales techniques. At this time, we were only able to do the roof, but will call All Phase when we are ready to do the rest of the home improvements. When the actual roofing crew showed up, they were very professional and considerate of us, our vehicles and our dogs. They were a group of extremely hard working men. They cleaned up in the rain at almost dark and were back here early the next morning to finish up. The roof looks great! We did get other estimates for the roof; All Phase had the best price and the best service.

Excellent! After getting estimates from three companies, All Phase was selected based on their reputation, knowledge and experience. Very quickly Mike had crews on the job. The first phase involved Felipe and Martin Perez who are phenomenal craftsmen. We were always introduced to everyone who worked on this project from beginning to end. Everyone was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Mike would arrive early every morning to monitor the progress. His attention to detail and suggestions as the work progressed were great. All Phase did an excellent job; good quality work and reasonably priced. We are very satisfied and have been getting numerous compliments from neighbors on the finished product. We're looking forward to them returning for roof replacement. Mike, Duane and everyone at All Phase....thank you for our "new house"!

I installed a new french door myself, but was not comfortable repairing the siding, fixing the j-channel and flashing. I also wasn't sure the proper way to seal it to prevent future water damage. I contacted a few companies, though none seemed to want to do a small job. I contacted All Phase and explained my situation. They were prompt in getting me a quote the very same day I called them. All Phase worked with me on the price, and the service was performed the very next morning. The man who came to perform the work was very professional. The work he performed was flawless. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Thank you All Phase Exterior's.

They were very quick to get us an estimate, a written quote & then once we decided to go with their services, they were very quick to schedule & get the guys on it asap.

The project went really well from estimate to completion and in a timely manner. The window crew and siding crew were very good to work with and kept the place clean and picked up at the end of each day. The finished product exceeded our expectations. These guys are all great! Excellent. The dreaded roof leak finally happened. I contacted three companies for estimates. Duane Brewer of All Phase responded immediately and after discussing my options with him, I selected All Phase based on their knowledge and reputation. They gave me a competetive bid based on top quality materials. They were very helpful in dealing with my insurance company. Since I had never been through this process before, it was great having Duane help us through it. All questions were answered accurately and promptly. Ann was always available for any office information or support. The installation crew were prompt. They did a quality job that exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail was much better than our original roof. And the clean-up was complete. I actually expected to find some debris after the job, but there was none. The men were great. And the gutter covers were also replaced due to hail damage. Everything is actually better than before. I am very pleased with the quality of work done by All Phase. They did an outstanding job at a very fair price. And I enjoyed working with them!

I've referred them to my friends and they have also used All Phase Exteriors, Inc. They have replaced almost 99% of the roofs down here.

After a hailstorm last fall (2010), All Phase Exteriors was going door to door in my neighborhood with their business card. Suspicious by nature, I went to Angies List and looked them up. I was pleasantly surprised to find they had very good ratings. We subsequently hired them to replace our damaged roof. Once we got around the flakiness of an employee (who's no longer there), we had no problem. They were prompt, efficient, and friendly. They worked with our insurance company so that we did not have to pay a deductible. (The dollar amount involved was about $7800.) Our roof is beautiful. My only (minor) quibble is that we're still finding the occasional roofing nail in our yard.
