I actually used Heritage Ballantyne Chapel at 16151 Lancaster Hwy, Charlotte, NC 28277. They were very caring, helpful and did everything we asked of them. I felt that it was a small,efficient and comfortable chapel and just what I wanted.

Description of Work
We had pre-arranged for cremation services with Heritage Funeral Home before my terminally ill father passed several years ago. The night he passed we just called them and they came out in the middle of the night. They were extremely compassionate and made this difficult time a little easier. | |We just made the same arrangements for my mother, so we feel very comfortable and confident they will be ready when we need them.
