Dave K. is very professional and friendly. He has been my "bug man" for a couple of years now. He got rid of my bugs and is just down to spraying on the outside of my house for preventive measures. I would call them again for any sort of problems relating to pests.

Went great, Randal Coleman was very professional and knowledgeable. Quick service and very personable.

I referred my daughter to them. They came out five different times, but never got rid of the ant problem. They would just come out, not let us know they were coming, and charge us. Even after all the time they have come out, they have still not gotten rid of the ants.

Mark Jarvis came out to the house when it was convenient for me. He listens to what pest problems I am having. He helped move around stoves & stuff out of the pantry to investigate. He was professional, courteous and easy going. He left me extra traps for my mouse problem & he refilled my outside traps as well.

It was an excellent service. Tim was very experienced, competent, said what he would do, and finished in reasonable time. I was very happy with the service.

Awesome haven't seen any insects since service performed

I made a Big Deal purchase with them. It worked out fine. There was no extra charge. One person came out and it took him about 30 minutes to complete the job. The area looked fine when he left.

They did a great job. They were trying to get me to sign some contract and I don't like that.

Recently they have really stepped it up my current technician duo of Tim and Mike were helpful, didn't mind deviation from the normal duties when asked for specific services, overall helpful and pleasant. They actually made me decide to continue service this year.

Meh. It wasn't great. The guy should have been prepared for mouse issues.

When he came the first time, he did the inside and outside and I had no problem with the service. I told him this was the only service I wanted from the company and I did not want service after. Several weeks later, I came home to a note on the door saying that they sprayed the exterior and to call if I wanted the interior sprayed. Now I am being billed $74 for a service I did not request.

Fine. They always do a good job and are on time. Very pleasant.

Great. David Woollen did a great job with my first treatment on my brand new home in November of '15 has been punctual with each subsequent service. The bi-monthly service has been worth it as I have never had any bug or termite issues.

The exterminator arrived on time and did the work quickly and effieciently. Very happy with the service and the efficacy of the services provided.

The technician was great and did everything quickly.

They came out and set traps for the mice and sprayed for additional bugs. We saw a few more bugs after but they explained that it can take a couple of weeks for the bugs to be completely gone and if we continued to see them to call them back. We haven't seen any more.

They came out here and did the job. Then, they called me later and said that I signed up for some extended contract which was never mentioned anywhere and I did not do that. I had to talk to somebody on the phone and it was not very pleasant, but they will drop it. I did this one time before and they led me to believe I was getting two treatments for what I had paid and then they wanted me to pay for the second treatment and the guy was very unfriendly and the only way he would let me go was if I write a positive review on Angie’s List for him. They do the job, but then, the people in the office are just weird. The guy who came out here was professional, but the guy on the phone was not. They could be upfront about what they are selling you.
