Excellent. The technician Greg Slosek was very punctual and thorough. He gave great tips and information based on what long term residents in this area have experienced. I like the Company's philosophy around customer service, billing and availability. Bulwark and technician Greg stood out from the rest!

This is a review based on our most recent experience with Bulwark. They have tried to make things right. We have been called repeatedly and asked if things are now satisfactory. So, we are now satisfied with the customer service.

Our tech, Pam D., was professional, knowledgeable. She took the time to patiently listen to my explanation of the problem, my concerns and she answered all my questions to my satisfaction and honestly.

Pam D arrived a few minutes early for our scheduled appointment. She was courteous and very professional. She took care of the outside treatment first since she was a bit early and then came inside(wearing shoe protectors) to do the ant treatment I had requested. She was very personable and I enjoyed talking with her while she was doing her work. When the job was finished she informed me that if I had any more issues before the next service she would come right back and retreat at no extra charge.

Tyler C was thorough in treatment, ie. interior/exterior, 5 ft from house, etc. Verywilling to return if desired result is not achieved and eager to share helpful tips and to educate.

The technician, Jose, was both very personal and efficient in the treatment of my home. He explained what he was doing and why. He further suggested a few things I could do to reduce the possibility of insect infestation. He suggested treatment at 2 month intervals during the summer and possibly going to every three months in the winter. That made sense to me.

Wow! I'm so glad I found Bulwark! I recently moved to the area. It was so easy to set up an appointment. When Raymond arrived, he went over everything with me! My home has been treated and they will keep me on a maintenance schedule! Raymond was polite, professional and seems to not only know what he's doing, but is a really nice guy! I look forward to a long relationship with Bulwark!

The job was well done in a timely manor

It went well. The technician Kyle was prompt, very courteous and professional. He explained what he was going to do and what our expectation would be. We were satisfied with the work that was done and look forward to be rid of the pests. We will of course monitor the results and look forward to a pest-free home and yard. The visit from the sales representative and the technician were pleasing and if the rest of the company employees are of the same mindset along with positive results would definitely recommend to others in need of this type of service. Great customer service experience is just as important to us as the actual work.

Tim Edwards of Bulwark Exterminating is second to none at his job. Where others are racing to get done and do what I would consider a sub-par job, Tim takes the extra time to do it right the first time. He contacted us before arrival, arrived as scheduled, and completed the service thoroughly. He was very professional and courteous. We are completely satisfied with our services.

Charles Arttaway was on time and very personable. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why. **The previous review was completed on my cell phone and contained errors. I also included the last name of the employee.

Robert Haynes was very thorough and spent a great deal of time servicing our home. He is very knowledgeable in the pest control arena. I would highly recommend him.

Our tech Ron Atkinson from Bulwark arrived at our door right on time, was very professional, courteous and did a great job! I do wish the service is priced a little better (as I have heard that competing companies are offering cheaper rates) but the Bulwark quality is undeniable.

Tim Edwards came to the house, patiently listened to the issues we were having, explained the plan and expected results and went to work! We have a mason bee issue and he sprayed the brick, the wood, the plants, to repel the bees away from the house. He recommended a follow up next week to assess results and see if additional action is required. Tim is courteous and professional!
