Exceptional service!

I hired this company to replace an existing wooden fence around my pool.  I told him i wanted a fence like my other one just not wood.  I wanted a plastic one. Joe said it would take 2 days 1 tear down and the next the rebuild.  It was over a week to do the work.  I understand things take longer sometimes.  While the fence was down my pool was exposed and it was a huge safety risk. I had contact with Joe and voiced concerns about the fence height and workmanship through out.  They showed up daily except Sunday, around 10:30 to 11 am and were gone by 3 or 4 ish. They left cigarettes and trash and concrete and wood and plastic bags and screws everywhere and the fence was put together very poorly and was installed on the ground.  It was so close to the ground they had the rails at different levels.  They eventually raised it up an inch or two but my original fence was 14 inches off the ground.  I was told it was installed properly because I got an inexpensive fence?  They cut 18 to 24 inches off the top of anchoring posts to put the fence on the ground.  Pine straw will not clear under parts of the fence. In addition it was too close to the post to even get my gutter block under my gutter. There are holes in the fence where they had to raise it up to match as it was so low to the ground they could not get in certain panels. When I discussed this with Joe I was blown off until I said I was leaving a review.  He told me if I left a bad review he would post pictures of their great craftsmanship. The fence had to be rigged as some of the parts were discontinued.  He even asked me about putting a black gait on a white fence that was not the same. There are gaps in the rails and they connected a rail to a wood post from my old fence on one side of the house and left it.  On the other side of the house they didn't remove brackets from the old fence and just bent them out so there is a gap to the house on one side. I have pictures of all this and am very disappointed.  If you want shotty workmanship and want to be intimidated by Joe in text messages then this company is for you. I will be posting pictures on their Google reviews if you would like to see their work I have plenty more pictures and will be sending more  Thank you Chris G Yxxxx

Professional and very helpful

Very professional and polite.

Joe received a positive comment on a local website. I gave him a call and he came over the next day, on time. He hauled off a large stainless steel grill, gas heater and a water filtering system. He was prompt, courteous and very strong. His charge was very reasonable. We will definitely use his services again and highly recommend him.
