While we had no evident signs, they offered to do a canine inspection to give us peace of mind. This was done with great thoroughness. We were relieved and quite pleased with Triangle's services and will use them for termite and spider prevention in the future!

TPC arrived at the time requested. made prior phone call before spraying. advised us of time before allowing kids to play in the yard. very courteous and professional.

They did the initial visit and were very thorough and efficient. Based on their good service and completeness of their work we have signed up for the annual contract for ongoing treatments. I would recommend the company for their work, responsiveness and professionalism.

They were very professional and made recommendations (taking out some shrubs). I new have a monthly contract with them that will have them come a few times during the year to control any inside/outside pests that are prevalent in NC. I was quite happy with them and found the office staff very helpful walking me through the maintenance options available.

they did an okay job. I did have one particular problem; I had sawdust on some shelves on an outside porch. I asked the guy what he thought was causing it and he took some shavings and debris back to the office to have someone check it out but I never heard anything back about it.

We received a fall pest control inspection and installation, and Brandon Beatty was the technician. Brandon was excellent, and he explained in detail what he was doing and why. We were very pleased with the service, and will definitely use this company again.

I bought a big deal from them back in 2011 and that was fine. They came out and inspected everything. They put out traps that are still here and they still come out every quarter to check them for us under a contract; so make sure that you read the contract from them. There are some hidden things in the contract about where they will spray or go to get rid of the termites. There are standards that exist that they will get you to wave since they cannot do them. They also do spray around the house for us not just for termites, but the only prevention service they do are the traps. If they find anything in the traps they will come out for free, they bring the poison to kill them. They are courteous, they are always on time, they always notes if we are not home about what they did. I do think they are a bit expensive, but it is nice that I can call them as much as I want for normal tests. It is surprising what does or does not cost more with this company.

The company was very responsive and professional. Someone came to do the inside and outside (lawn treatment) one day. But they had to come back on another day to do the lawn treatment because it was raining, which was fine. They laid some ant bait outside and warned me that I'd see an increase in ants at first but then they'd be gone, which was pretty much true. I had never used a pest control company before, but it seemed like I could have done what they did, which was just to spray the edges of room and around the perimeter of the exterior. But I guess I have to assume that their products are more powerful than what I could buy in store.

The service turned out fine. The guy that came did a good job. He was thorough, and I would use them again. I just paid the amount of the big deal, and he did everything he was supposed to do.

They were professional and prompt, but we still have some ants and yesterday we saw a huge cockroach. So I'm not sure it made much of a difference.

Ryan contacted me within hours of my purchase of this deal. I found evidence of a mouse in my home on Sunday evening. I looked on angiesllist for a suggestion and triangle pest control was running a 111.. 00 deal for a one time inspection and treatment. They made an appointment for two days later. They were very nice and showed up early, after clearing this change in time. Ryan is very knowledgeable about all pests and the safest way to treat an infestation and prevent a future problem. Ryan was here for a good amount of time and checked my home from attic to crawl space. They treated indoors and around the perimeter of the house. Very nice young man and great company. I didn't know but my daughter has an ongoing contract with them and is very pleased. Also, no nasty fumes from the spray. I will use again and I would refer them to my friends.

Brendan performed a thorough inspection of the inside of our house and treated all areas of concern. He scheduled outside treatment for next week due to rain. He was extremely polite and informative, making certain that I understood what was being done, what would be done in the future and the cost of service.

Could've spent more time applying treatment but for the cost I guess I won't complain. They applied treatment under house, in attic, around foundation and in yard and made suggestions on sealing pipes and foundation vents and other possible entry points into house.

Ryan was very professional and explained everything he was doing and took extra time to listen to my concerns. He even took down all the spider webs he saw on the outside of the house.

It went very well, they were punctual and the treatment appears to be effective. They kept me informed on what they were doing and did what they said they would do.
