Based on the good reviews here, I called Triangle Pest Control to have them look at an issue in our home. I was told someone would be out the next day and would call me 30 minutes before coming. I stayed home ALL day and did not receive a visit or a call. Not even a call to say they got tied up or to reschedule. I didn't waste more of my time calling them back. On to the next company. . . .

They did a great job and in fact I may use them again in the future. They came out at the time they were supposed to. The technician gave me good advice. The chemicals were not harmful to our two little dogs. We have not seen any pests since then.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went fine. They were very thorough. Since they've been doing the pest control fumigation, we haven't had any pests in the house. They are a little more expensive than the norm but the extra money is probably worth it because I get more service.

He came out and that turned out just fine. He looked around the house and assessed for a prevention service. He did spray for the prevention. My husband was with him mostly and mentioned that he stayed out for about 45 minutes. Triangle Pest Control was accurate with the service.

I originally found them on Angie's List to do a detailed termite control treatment. Now I use them for annual termite inspections. Their price for pest control treatments was better than another company I used in the past.

It went well. They did a very nice job. I didn't pay any additional. They were very thorough and very professional. The results were good. We weren't living in the house yet but when we got there, everything was fine. I priced around and it was a good price. They were very good. They had a 10:30 appointment with me on Monday and she called on Friday to see if 11 am was all right. They called and rescheduled for just a half hour and he showed up right at 11.

Service tech showed up w/30-minute call ahead on date scheduled. Took time to discuss the issues I'd been having, and to look around and point out problem areas as far as potential points of entry (sliding patio door was and still is the worst). Explained what he'd be doing, and took my suggestion to remove the toe-kicks under the kitchen cabinets to access those areas. Treated inside and outside areas and left. He was friendly, professional, and finished the work very quickly. The only thing I was not too happy with was the nearly 12-hour service window I was given, which I believe is their standard for weekend service calls. But, I could have chosen a week day and a smaller window, if that was a real problem. History: I've struggled with camel crickets inside and out for years, roaches some summers, spiders everywhere, and random other things that would find their way inside, including even the occasional slug. Early last summer, my home flooded. The rip-out of flooring and drywall and eventually the entire kitchen revealed what I was expecting: gaping holes in the drywall behind the kitchen cabinets, a huge gap around the concrete slab foundation and the sill plate, and rotted out portions of the exterior sheathing. All of that was fixed over the summer, but ever since the flood I'd been killing half a dozen earwigs inside every day. Opening my front door after dark, I'd find a throng of camel crickets waiting to greet me -- or to get inside. In the 3 months since Triangle Pest's visit, I've found two baby camel crickets inside -- a huge improvement, and the last one was at least a month ago. After the first week or so from their treatment, I've not been bothered with camel crickets outside at all. I was still finding 1-2 earwigs inside every day, up until a couple weeks ago (early January) when I took measures to deter their entry via the patio door. Since then I've had just a few earwigs total, and a few big spiders, all on the same day. I did sign up for the annual service contract ($27/mo for, I think 3 annual treatments). I'm still working on final flood repairs that should finally minimize points of access, so I'm hopeful this spring and summer will be relatively bug-free. The warmer weather will be the ultimate test for how effective the service is.

Service was professional and efficient.

Chose this company from a small number of very highly recommended vendors. They were very polite, professional, and responsive. Price was most competitive with other top vendors. Completed the job and provided us with full detail and answered all questions. I felt they could have done a better job of patching the holes that were drilled into our garage floor and front porch. In any case, we have continued to contract them for annual inspections. We have had no problems since the original treatment.

They arrived on time, and were very courteous. We decided since we had pets to only have the exterior sprayed. They inspected crawl space and basement for any infestations. Recommended a vapor barrier which we may opt for at another time.

They have been nice to work with. They have been good about coming out. They will also come out in between treatments if needed. They have been really quick to respond if there is an issue. We have had good correspondence with them and the person that comes out here has been very accommodating. I have no complaints with this company. They came out with in two weeks of me contacting them. I will continue to use them.

I wish I could remember the man's name because he was exceptionally courteous and pleasant. He offered useful suggestions as to how to keep the bugs out of various areas. He pointed out problem areas where there were small openings which could allow in bugs and explained to me how to remedy the situation. He was careful to not let the cats out, which I appreciated. Best of all, I believe I have seen exactly ONE bug since he came, and that bug was dying. My previous pest control guy came quarterly and in 3 years, he could never eradicate the bugs! I lived in Florida for ten years and had an excellent once-a-year- pest control company that got the job done, so I knew it should be possible in North Carolina ;-) I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Felt like they did the bare minimum. The stay was not long and noticed there was still activity around the house. A week later I was visited by Clear Pest.. Although it cost me more they did a very thorough job and spent 1.5 hrs at my house...I have not seen any critters since! Would not waste your time going for the deals, the rate is lower and so is the quality. I gave a low score for responsiveness because they never contacted me after I signed up and paid for the deal. I had to call them more than a month later, they tell me that they never received the notification from Angies List?

They did a good job and they have not had to come back.

Great service and am now contracting on monthly basis for services. Always professional, no high pressure sales.

We like them. They did very good. They finally got rid of our roaches. They were very, very friendly and extremely helpful. They came immediately when we called, within a day I think. They had an excellent service. Whatever they said the bill was, that's what it was.

Professional, on-time. Also wiped away spider webs on exterior of home. Used 2-3 or more chemicals during process. Impresses and would use again.

I had a problem with small ants getting in my house all along windows. So, I took advantage of an Angie's list special, they came out and sprayed interior and exterior. They were extremely professional and most importantly, I haven't seen any ants since!

The woman I spoke with on the phone and scheduled the appointments with was very helpful. The work was fine. I am still working with them because I found bugs six weeks later. The work is only guaranteed for 30 days, so I set up a plan with them for $27 monthly. They will now come quarterly for treatments but will come any time in between if I see any bugs. They arrived on time and did everything they were supposed to do. I am very satisfied with their service so far.

I've hired them for a rental property and don't have any personal experience with them, but they were fine according to my tenants. There was an ant problem and they were able to take care of that.

The service turned out alright. They had to come back but came right out. They came and did a good job. I have no complaints with their service. They followed up with me as well.
