They asked many questions and sprayed according to my answers. Sprayed outside and windows. They were on time and finished quickly.

He was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He did a thorough job inside and out. He told me what to expect and what I needed to do to make the services a success. He quickly diagnosed the pest problem in the yard and treated it. I would definitely use this company again.

My experience was just fine. They did great work for the price they offered.

I signed up with them through Angie's List. They come out every four months. They do the termite inspection. Any problems within six feet of my house, they come and put down pet-friendly stuff because I do have dogs. They will check for anything outside. If I have spiders, bugs, or wasps up in the windows, they'll take all of those down for me and spray them. They also have done my shed. I had a problem with jumping crickets. They put out boric acid for it and killed all of those in my shed. So I don't have a problem with those. I'm very happy with the service. They're very easy to work with. Being the only person in the house, they work around my schedule. They'll come late in the afternoons or they come on Saturdays, which works very well for me. They're very accommodating. I've been using them a little over a year. It's the same technician who has this area. He knows my dogs and everything. They're very receptive to him. My son said their pricing is very good. He comes early.

They were very professional, arrived on time, and did a thorough job. In fact, they did so well that we contracted them to do treatments for a short period of time. However, we later opted not to continue with their services simply due to other expenses going on at that time.

It went well. It was pretty effective. Their punctuality was fine, they were right on time.

They did a great job at removing a huge bee hive up above the front door. Aggressive bees (I forget the specific name now), other pest exterminators made a fuss and wanted to charge 3 times as what we ended up paying. At any rate, it's the second time I work with them and they're just great in every respect.

I am on a contract with Triangle Pest for quarterly service and have been for 3 years. I have had a couple of needs outside of the regular service and they are extremely responsive and their technicians are professional. I have had a wonderful experience with them on all levels. Thank you TPC.

We don't have a bug issue, except around the lights outside. The product seemed like a good price and they had done a good job the last time I had used them (termite prevention treatment). They treated the outside and inside and put down a granule in the crawlspace. I think they did a good job.

I have been termite free since they installed their termite control system. They do checks and leave me updates. This has been absolutely wonderful as termites have been a problem in my neighborhood.

They came on time, and called beforehand as requested. Cost seems reasonable. This is a long-term need, so I can't speak to the final outcome. Happy so far.

They did very well and even came out a second time to make sure the pest were gone.

They were there on time and they came immediately. We've had no problem since they came and sprayed and did their thing. The price was very good. The property is 4 hours away and I assume the quality was good because we haven't had a problem since then. I emailed both and forth with them so I never spoke to anyone.

They are great and I also hired them for a yearly maintenance. The get the job done in about 10 minutes each time they come. The technician Matt is knowledgeable and experienced. The quality of the service has been good.

Scheduling was a little rough and they needed to reschedule about three times. Their prices were a little high and I liked the positive reviews they had on Angie's List. They were on-time and called us back pretty quickly.
