No complaints - we have a dog a frequently napping toddler so we asked that no one comes to the door. Ryan typically comes and goes without my wife even knowing so we appreciate that. We signed up for the yearly safe lawn service after an initial trial with an Angie's List coupon. Triangle Pest Control was professional, efficient and most importantly highly effective. We can actually enjoy the outdoors again. Signing up for the yearly service also allows you to call them back anytime during the month to spray again if needed. This last time it rained shortly after they sprayed and we noticed more mosquitoes than usual. Scheduling a appointment to come back out took less than one minute. Highly recommend this crew.

The service worked out very good. They came out within a few weeks after I purchased the Big Deal. There was an additional charge to the Big Deal for about $200. This was for a one time treatment.

Bernard was very professional and pleasant. He seemed to be thorough with our treatment. He asked if I had any questions and answered the ones that I had. I left a thorough message on Saturday (realize you aren't open on the weekends). By Wednesday when I didn't receive a response, I decided to purchase treatment online. I did receive a prompt email response, though they said I was not in the system even though I had a treatment for ants a month ago. We settled on a window for treatment between 9a -2p (I had to leave the house at 3p). I spoke to someone earlier in the day and they said it should be no problem for tech to be here by 2:00. At 1:30p, I thought I'd check in on status -- the lady I spoke to said her notes said not to come before 2p. She said she could get him to our house at 2p. I was able to push out my other appointment by an hour, so it all worked out. I had such a great first experience and the second experience was excellent despite some hiccups with service. I really liked both technicians and the ant treatment was effective and so far, so good with the most treatment.

Purchased the $111 one-time preventative pest control. They spray inside and on the outside of the house. It is 30-day warranty against bugs/spiders. They say it is a $250 value. Not clear on their pricing ? whenever I have used them, they have encouraged me to sign-up for their annual preventative service, which costs $35 a month. I have a fairly newly constructed home, and just over the last year (house is 8 years old) have I had any bug issues. Each time, I have called TPC -- they have done a great job and their service was effective. I realize over time, as our house settles/ages, our battle against pests will increase. At that point, I will seriously consider the annual contract ? if a 30-day service normally costs $250 and an annual contract costs approx. $420, it seems to make sense. So just know, they will hit you with the annual contract the moment you schedule your appointment. Beyond initial up-sale, the technicians have always been outstanding ? punctual, personable, thorough, and attentive to your concerns. I believe the one that was just here is named Richard. This is the third time I have used them and recommend their product.

We have used these people before. They are excellent. Would not hesitate in recommending them. They explained in detail what they were doing. Very professional. Answered any questions I had.

In the end, it went ok but I'm not sure how much it helped us and I'm not sure if we'd do it again. We saw a few dead bugs afterward, but it's difficult to gauge its effectiveness. They were surprisingly quick when they sprayed. They were very professional and nice, though.

I had to change my appointment with less than 24 hours and they were very accomodating. On the new day the tech called and came about 15 mintes early!!

Tech was professional, on time and courteous. He asked about existing problems and treated for those. He pointed out a couple of potential problem areas. One thing I had hoped they would treat for like the last big deal I used for them was for mosquitoes but that costs extra now.

TPC, arrived promptly, and reviewed the Angie's List deal with me, explained the treatment, what would be treated and what insects and other bugs it would kill and/or prevent in the future. I was impressed that the representative from TPC applied insecticide to not only the interior, exterior, perimeter, of the residence, but expanded the treatment area to the perimeter of the property. I would definitely hire them in the future.

They did an inspection in the crawl space of the house to look for different pests and critters. They sprayed both inside and outside of the house. They will be coming back in the fall.

Triangle Pest Control was wonderful. The entire team was extremely responsive. I made initial contact on a Saturday during early afternoon and heard from Triangle Pest Control within 2 hours to schedule an appointment for Monday afternoon. Ryan, the technician who arrived to complete the service, was topnotch. He called approximately an hour before our scheduled appointment time to let me know he was running a little early in his schedule and asked if it would be alright to arrive within the next 15 minutes. He assured me that if arriving early would be inconvenient, he would plan to arrive at the scheduled appointment time. Early was great for me. Upon arrival, Ryan introduced himself and a new employee he was training that day ... all with a winning smile and personality. Ryan proceeded to ask a few questions and review areas inside and outside where we had noticed congregating ants. Both guys donned shoe covers upon entering the house. Throughout the discussion, Ryan calmly, thoroughly, and with a smile explained details of the service to me and expectations to the trainee. He was truly wonderful at juggling a customer and trainee at the same time while making both of us feel like they had his full attention. He also shared what chemicals were being used, answered any concerns I had, and detailed what to expect over the next day, within the next 10 days, and within the next 30 days. All this occurred while Ryan was doing what he was there to do. Both Ryan and the trainee were efficient and completed the service quickly and thoroughly. Now to the result .... Ryan was spot on when he explained what would occur over the next day. Two days after the service .... no ants! I will definitely call Triangle Pest Control for continued service. I have previously used two different companies for quarterly pest treatment in previous homes and I must say that Triangle Pest Control and team were absolutely the best experience I've ever had.

I was satisfied with the services and and I haven't seen any bugs since.
