We had the misfortune of finding one bed bug in our daughter's bedroom. Of course we feared an infestation, even though none of us had bites and there was no other evidence of bugs in the room or throughout the house. We captured the bug and had it tested and confirmed that it was in fact a bed bug. We consulted with Terminix and Orkin, who, quoted us $1900 and $2900 respectively, to either heat treat or chemically treat the room. This is after they concluded that they could not locate any evidence of bed bugs. After further research, I read the amazing reviews of Triangle Pest Control on Angie's list, and decided to invest in the inspection using the dogs. Lo and behold, the dogs detected the presence of live bed bugs in one small section at the front of our daughter's bed. We met with Mike, who was absolutely amazing in educating us on our options and gave us encouraging news that we caught the problem very early. We were extremely nervous and fearful, however, after working with Mike, we consider ourselves to be extremely educated and are convinced that we will not have a problem moving forward because we not only received treatment, but a sound lesson in prevention. We were so impressed that we canceled service with our previous PCO and will be initiating a contract with Triangle Pest Control. Thanks again to Mike and the Triangle Pest Control team for turning what would have been a harrowing experience into a very positive learning experience. I highly recommend this company for all of your pest control needs.

They were great. They were treating for ants and roaches. They were at the home for an hour.

It worked out really well. I had flying insect pests in the backyard. The tech was at the home for 20-30 mins.

One of the reasons I went with them was because they provide a six month guarantee on their work if there is any re-occurrence of bugs in the next 6 months they will come back for free. They are very polite. They did what they said they were going to do. Its a really stressful situation and everyone I dealt with tried to be very reassuring. Update: The initial treatment did not completely eliminate the bedbug infestation. Mike D. was my contact and the company stayed true to its promise of the 6-month guarantee. The brought the heater back on 10/1. Since then, I haven't seen any sign of bedbugs. I am hopeful that this bedbug ordeal is over. Based on the good reviews here, I called Triangle Pest Control to have them look at an issue in our home. I was told someone could be out the next day, but they were unable to give me a time. The tech would call me 30 minutes before coming though. I stayed home all day, but there was no call. I called them at 5:30. The scheduler stated that the tech could be over in an hour and a half. I declined that offer since I was going out to eat dinner, and had them schedule for the next day. Again they were unable to give me a time. The following morning I got tired of waiting, and called another company during lunch.

Joseph showed up actually a couple of minutes early (which was great) and asked about our concerns and helped me realize that what we had requested would not take care of our outside ant issue. He suggested a more appropriate treatment and even offered to come back at another time after we had finishing cleaning inside in order to not remove the barrier he was going to spray. We have already had Triangle Pest inspect the home we are planning to purchase and were fortunate to see Joseph again. We are very happy with the service and would not hesitate to call them again in the future.

They all were professional on the phone. I even had called back after I made the appoinment with a question regarding the rain that was coming and everyone was so nice. Daniel actually showed up a few mins early which was great so I could get off to work. He called back or emailed me with something he forgot to tell me RE vacuuming for 2 weeks. I was very pleased.

Once we were able to talk on the phone, the service was set up very quickly, the next day. Kyle was very pleasant and polite on the phone. Ryan who did the service was equally as pleasant. He provided some education on the pest-control and the pesticides that were being used.

Overall it went pretty well. However, I've had some ants return since then. They were very knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions. In the future I may price around to see who else is out there, though.

I have a monthly service with them. The technician that comes out now is really good. He has come out multiple times in one month and did not charge any extra. We had carpenter ants and they were able to get rid of them. They treat both the inside and outside of the house. It takes about one hour for them to do the service each time.

Well. They were on time and the problems went away after about 3 weeks.

They did a good job. They came out four times during the course of the year. I live in a wooded area so they would clean all the spider webs around the perimeter of the house as well.

After purchasing their deal on Angie's List I received an e-mail with directions on how to set up the appointment over the phone. The technician showed up on time, was very knowledgeable and provided the services as described. We were happy with the experience and will likely continue to use their services going forward.

The guys who came in were very nice. They went around the house and into the house. They sprayed pest control stuff inside and around the house. They gave suggestions on what should be done to prevent pest. All look good for 2 weeks and then we started to see ants everywhere and lot of mosquitoes. We have lot of spiders and they said they don't have anything to keep the spiders away. I was hoping they will go into the crawl space, but they said they do not.

It went well and I don't see any more bugs anymore! They were right on time, too, and we didn't have any scheduling issues. This was the first time I had used them and I would use them again in the future.

Company came out and evaluated our needs. That's when it turned out that the Big Deal I purchased wasn't really going to work. Company was very professional and I look forward to working with them in the future.

They were prompt, polite and helpful. Ran out of traps the first day and returned promptly the next morning to drop off the needed traps a few extras.

A very nice young man came and crawled around my crawl space for quite some time. He talked to his boss and then reported to me that they could not guarantee their work because my walls were encapsulated all the way up, so they could not see if I had termites or not. I waited for them to refund my money, but when I called them today, I learned that Angie's List was the one who I had actually paid.

Needless to say it didn't work. When they called me about coming out the first time, was already getting pushed to sign up for recurring service. We keep the yard fairly clear, no real standing water areas like buckets, etc and still have the same issue. Not worth spending the money again in the future.
