When we went there, the guy was just talking double talk. I just got the feeling that because I’m from the north, and now we live North Carolina, he was local; I don’t think he really appreciated the fact that we were here. It’s fine. I understand how a lot of transplants have moved here and as a result have pushed a lot of local people to the side. Just his attitude, the way the sales person treated us, we were like “really?” We didn’t buy the car from them. The issue with the trailer hitch was ridiculous. I’d never want to go back there and ask any person about the car. It had more to do with his attitude, it was just not acceptable. The quality for information on getting the trailer hitch, was an F. He tried to insist that you couldn’t put the trailer hitch on, because the car we were going to buy, had the thing where you put your foot under the rear bumper and it automatically opens hatch. It wasn’t that. He didn’t know what he was talking about. He was interested in listening to what was going on. It’s a shame. It’s only 10 minutes from my house. I would much rather go there, than drive 45 minutes to go to the other. We never got in to negotiating anything.

It was under warranty recall it is an '06 but it was still under that recall and they did all that work for us as well.It's worth the drive to go to them. They even gave us a loaner car, you know the warranty cats were paying for it but they had a car for us to use.

I had a check engine light come on and took my car to be repaired to Bryan Easler Toyota because my inspection was due. I was initially told that it was the catalytic converter which was replaced for $700. Not even twenty minutes after leaving the dealership after I picked it up, my check engine light came on again! I was very unhappy and took it back the next morning. I was then told that I had a bad sensor that was going to cost $300 to replace. I chose not to have the car fixed at that time and drove it for a few days. The check engine light was not on at this time because they had reset it after running the diagnostic. After three days the check engine light came back on again! So I took it back. This time I saw a different employee. He told me that the diagnostic did not show a bad sensor code, but rather showed an emission's leak somewhere in the system. They kept my car all day, and when I came back to get it I was told that they could not find a leak anywhere. He told me to drive my car for 50-100 miles and then bring it back for inspection. Again, the check engine light was not on because the computer had been reset. So I drove it 87 miles and brought it back in the next morning to be inspected. Again, I had a different employee look at the car to inspect it. He came back and told me that although the check engine light had not come on that it could not be inspected because the system was reading a bad sensor (again) and that the charcoal canister needed to be replaced and that to replace the two would be close to $900. I took my keys and left. My check engine light was still not on (had not been on for several days) so that same afternoon I took it to an independent mechanic. He ran the diagnostics in order to do the inspection and said the only code he was showing was that there was an emissions leak, BUT that for my year and make care the DMV would allow the car to pass inspection with that one code!!! I was floored! I had not been told this at Bryan Easler Toyota, I was just told that it needed to be fixed for x-amount of dollars. The employees that I dealt with at Bryan Easler Toyota were very kind and courteous. However, I feel like either 1) the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing or 2) they were trying to fix things on my car that could have waited. I got so many answers of what was wrong with my car from so many different people and the story kept changing every time I went in. I am most upset that my car COULD HAVE been inspected with the leak code that was presented but I was not told that. Either Bryan Easler Toyota was trying to sell a repair or they don't have the knowledge to know what the DMV will allow to pass.

Ticking noise developed at 60MPH. Took 4 days to trace, but finally found cause and repaired. Gave loaner vehicle during process. Tech working the issue worked hard although frustrated trying to nail down problem. Problem has not reoccurred.

As always greeted by professional and courteous staff. Work began as scheduled and I waited in their comfortable customer lounge and utilized their WiFi and cleaned up my email account and read while waiting. The work was completed ahead of schedule and was washed and vaccumed and ready for my departure. Cost estimate was spot on with the invoice. Their facility always places a follow up call to ensure that I was happy with the entire experience.

I was very pleased with the salesman allowing me to test drive the vehicle by myself. I had limited time, and he had quotes waiting for me when I returned. He gracefully allowed me to leave with quotes in hand. I spent less than 1 hr getting these initial quotes. We negotiated over the phone a bit. When I returned, I had my new car within 2 hrs. I was very pleased.

It was a routine maintenance. I had a slow leak in one of the tires and a part of the maintenance was tire rotation and they never rotated the tires. I eventually had it done elsewhere. I would like to rate them B's all across the board. They are the only dealership in town and they want to push people around. Toyota did a recall recently to keep them in check. I would go to them only for the convenience and till the warranty exists.

Can not express what a pleasure it is to work with him. He is always accomodating, cheerful and a great sence of humor. What an asset they posess in this man.
