From start to finish, their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. CertaPro’s preparation process was meticulous and set the stage for a flawless outcome. They began with a thorough pressure washing of “ALL” entire exterior areas to be painted, ensuring a clean surface for optimal paint adhesion. Their team also took great care in masking and taping all surfaces to prevent any overspray or damage to non-painted areas. The painting team did a fabulous job repairing perataping. They painted the trim, ceiling and walls of our upstairs Livy room. The work was done with precision, and we love it.

CertaPro employee Jake gave us an estimate, honored an advertised discount, and scheduled the exterior painting of our home around our needs. The painting team headed by Alex was very professional and adapted to all requests. The painters were on time, hard-working, and did a GREAT job painting and cleaning up in a timely fashion; they worked through the weekend when rain interrupted the project for several days. We are extremely pleased with Certa-Pro.

My experience with CertaPro of Fayetteville was excellent from the beginning when Jake , the Residential Sales Associate came to my home. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with picking paint colors. Alejandro and 3 crew members were punctual, arriving every day about 15 minutes ahead of schedule. They were very professional and did not waste time. Every day the crew went to work immediately after arriving. They were very courteous, friendly and respectful of my home and belongings. They did an outstanding job of painting and it was obvious the crew knew what they were doing. They cleaned up everything and replaced furniture without any issues. My house looks amazing! I highly recommend CertaPro of Fayetteville, excellent service and a memorable experience for me.

Excellent service from initial contact to end. The paint crew was respectful of our time, polite and very efficient. The sales/project team checked in frequently to make sure expectations were met and to listen to my ideas (me finding more stuff to paint!) and helping me achieve my goals.

CertaPro Painters from Fayetteville, NC, painted five different rooms in our home. Jordan came out and did the contract, he was very nice and helped us with the job we wanted. Once the contract was began the painters helped us move some of the furniture to avoid problems and once it was moved they covered it with plastic to ensure there would be no paint spillage on any of it. Additionally they covered all the ceiling fans and lights in the roof to protect them from paint spotting. On the second day of painting I wanted to change the color I had selected. I called the office and Jake came by right away. He had the painters change the color to the one I wanted and there were no additional charges or problems. The painters did excellent work, they were always on time and cleaned up after they finished. My wife and I are very pleased and recommend them one hundred percent.

Only 4 stars because their clean up was the only issue I had with the crew. Left quite a bit of paint clean up for my wife and I. We paid good money and the work was good but the clean up is also part of the job and I found it unsatifactory

They did an awesome job!

Couldn't have asked for better service. Everyone were pure processionals. Painters were awesome, extremely friendly, and made everything easy on us. They checked and double checked their work and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. We love the results.

Certapro painters performed our interior painting job with excellence. Noah was prompt, ensured our color choices , then covered the furniture, prepped the walls, and, over several days, painted our vaulted walls, and cleaned up expertly! We are extremely satisfied with the work that Certapro accomplished, and we highly recommend their services.

Not a great experience to say the least. Was very stressful. Initial walk thru with Jake went very well for the quote. He worked with us very well in getting the right price, even matching a competitor price. It was guaranteed the job would take 4-5 days to complete. We based our whole move on this guarantee. We closed on our house on Monday and the painting was going to be Tuesday-Friday/Saturday. Friday we planned for some of our household items to arrive and we put all of that in our garage and the final move was going to be on Monday with our large items that had to be put in the home. The house was completely empty for the painters to work and we said we could be at the house as early as they needed and stay as late as they needed daily to complete the job since we were on the schedule. Day 1 time to meet was 0800. Full crew did not show up and start the initial walk thru until 0900. Rosie and Cruz were very professional and seemed like they understood the full scope. They said the job could go into the next week and I stated it had to be done by Saturday due to our schedule and they guaranteed it would be done. We were having the full house painted to include ceilings, walls, trim, windows, closets, etc. The crew started painting around 1000hrs. There were 3 of them. They left for lunch around 12 and back at 1. The lead guy left to go get more paint (how you need more paint on the 1st day I don't know). He was gone for 3 hours so only 2 workers. He got back at 4 and they all left at 6. Not even all of the ceilings had been painted. Day 2 start time was 0800. Crew arrived and started around 0840. They broke for lunch and left at 3 saying they ran out of paint, caulking, and tape. They hadn't even done all the prep work to even start painting. I had called Rosie both Tuesday and Wednesday with my concerns of the work being done and reminded her of our deadline. She pulled that crew and put on a new crew that started on Thursday. This crew did great work. They worked late everyday from Thursday to Sunday to make sure it was done for our move on Monday. When they left Sunday night at 11pm, they knew there were some touch ups that would need to be done. Cruz came back Monday for a walk thru and taped all areas needing touching up. One worker came back on Tuesday to finish. I hope the 1st crew does not get paid anything for this project. They screwed over us as the customers and the next crew that had to come in and start where they left off (which was pretty much from the beginning). Punctual is not a term I would give this company though. Each day from Tuesday-Sunday not one person showed up early or on time...at least 15 min late each day. Rosie was great in working with me thru the issues, but it was a very stressful experience. I feel like the painting crews need to be vetted more thoroughly to make sure customers are getting top notch, hard working painters. My project was not some $500 project, it was over $6,600 so we had all right to be picky and demand we stay on schedule. Also each crew needs to have at least 1 person on site at all times that speaks fluent English. Not everyone speaks Spanish. There were days the crew had no clue what I was saying or asking. Luckily the 2nd crew had a guy the 2nd day on that had excellent English and translated. All in all we are happy with the project, but almost wish we would have gone with the other company that Certa Pro Price matched at the lower price.

Jake and his crew did a great job. They did good work and if I found something I did not like, quickly corrected it. Painted the entire interior of the house. LATER - 3 months after the job we had some water damage. Jake helped me determine the paint we used and because the local store made an issue out of getting it, bought 5 gal from another store right to my door. No charge. THAT is customer service.

Wonderful painters, easy communication, and my house looks amazing now!
