We had some weather issues so it was a little later to get it done. It was really easy to schedule, we did it all through the messaging system and they came out and I didn't have to be home and they did it all. I never met them. They were really easy to work with, they were really responsive, easy to schedule.

He was unable to complete the job due to the water pressure in my neighborhood but he was very concerned and he followed up with me. He also recommended another company that could complete the job.

Initially it started well. They set up a time. The day before the appointment, the emailed me to cancel the appointment. Three days later, I emailed them and they said that we needed to reschedule, but never got back with me.

The job was completed to my satisfaction. Michael was professional and courteous.

Went well. We kept having to postpone appointments because of bad weather, but Michael Hall was concerned about this and stayed in touch frequently. He was good to work with, a good communicator, and a fast and efficient worker. I was a little surprised at the $80 additional cost for screens and French doors, but he explained the cost per item charges with me.

Came exactly when he said he would come. Cleaned the gutters well. Cleaned up all mess. All of this was done while I was away from my house.

The man did a great job. The driveway is so white and the porch never looked better. Just in time for sitting on porch in spring weather. Very professional and worked straight through for several hours. Everything cleaned up afterwards. Driveway looked new.

Michael showed up right on time and got right to work after explaining what he was going to do. Everything turned out great, and we could not be happier!

He came on time for the appointment. The work took about 3 hours to complete. He did an adequate job on the window cleaning.

Arrived in a timely manner. Polite, unobtrusive, and efficient. Blew the leaves out of public areas when done. Went over what he had done before leaving-cleaned gutters, ensured that downspouts were clear-and asked that I check for proper function during the next rain and to contact him if there was any problem

Mr. Michael Hall notified me when he was coming and arrived 5 mins before time. My driveway and patio were very dirty and he did a wonderful job. Mr. Hall did not rush but took his time. He informed me that once the driveway dried that if I had any concerns, give him a call. I would hire him for any of his services.

Michael was very prompt, courteous, and professional. In addition he was flexible in that he actually came to my house and I had something come up, so we had to reschedule. Never did he give me any grief or show annoyance even though I realize as a business owner, your time is valuable. He cleaned the gutters on my 1 1/2 story home using a blower, and cleaned up the remaining debris from the premises. Although I prefer to clean gutters by hand because it's difficult to get all the "gunk" out with a blower, the price/value of this service was too good to pass up. Michael was a pleasure to deal with. I'll be using his services again in the future.

We ordered one of the Angie's List Big Deals. We went with them because they were the cheapest of all the gutter cleaning services and the most local for us. Our house is a little larger than what was included and we had to pay small additional fee. They were very friendly and courteous over the phone.

Not much to say. He did the small job and left.

The work was done at a rental house. They showed up and did the work. The work got done and I never saw them. Basically I did not have any interaction with them except for setting the time.

Gutters were cleaned and they did not leave any of the gutter debris in the yard
