IT WENT VERY WELL. VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE PRICE WAS EXCELLENT. THE ONLY BAD THING I WOULD GIVE HIM WAS I TOOK A VACATION DAY YESTERDAY If they would have gave me a time of what time they were coming to get there I wouldnt have taken a vacation day But that's my bad I let that ball drop. THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT

I would hire them again but I have one complaint. Hired to trim two large oaks, one of which involved taking off a large sideways growing fork off the main trunk. Came out same day and gave a fair estimate. After having an arborist come, he recommended leaving a portion of the fork for the health of the tree. When Crown arrived, I informed them of the change which meant cutting less off the tree. I did not ask for the estimate to be revised but suggested maybe there was some other minor thing they could do in exchange. However, when I asked if they would remove a small crepe myrtle, much less bulk and difficulty than the part of the fork on the other tree they no longer were removing, they charged me to do it. It was easy enough that I could have done it myself (not that I wanted to). It would have been nice if, since they were doing less work than initially quoted for, they would have done that at no additional charge. That said, the guys that did the work were nice, respectful, and diligent. They asked me questions and made sure I approved of the work. Another company Angi recommended that came out quoted me twice their price! A third I found myself was in line with Crown.

Excellent at cutting down multiple trees at reasonable price. Giving a 4 stars because of the debris left from the stump grinding. Otherwise, it would have been a 5 stars.

Hired this company said they could do the job. They did half of the job. One tree was in the power line and the cable line told them about the situation and the neighbor next door, was not willing to work with us. Told them not to go over there did anyway. Long story short, they took one tree down in the back yard the easy one then said they could not do the one in the power lines. So, I had to hire another company to finish the job after all, which also charged me more than half of the price. Do not tell someone you can do the job if you cant. Would not hire them again.

It was a pleasure to meet someone who was honest and professional. The crew came at the scheduled time and again went over the details of the work that would be done. I appreciate their work ethics and courtesy. They left my property the same way it was before the trees were removed, all tree limbs, branches and leaves were gone. This is a reputable company who takes pride in their service to its customers, who offer great value for work performed, and pays attention to detail. I will be contacting them again to have more trees removed and trimmed and have already referred them to my neighbors. Highly recommended!
