Description of Work: I called to get an estimate for shingle replacement. The estimator showed up 20 minutes late and did not call to let me know that he would be late. He did not have the gate code that I provided the company for him to get in the gate to the neighborhood. He said that someone had stolen the ladder off his truck while he as parked at Lowes. I thought of asking him why he didn't buy another one while he was there, but I figured that would aggravate him further. He borrowed one of mine. He accessed one of the lower roofs in a multilevel roof system and said that it had lots of years left in it. He did not access the rest of the roof levels. Had he done so, he would have seen hail damage and a hole in the roof that had presumably been chewed through by squirrels. He walked off the house dimensions outside and said that he would send an estimate by enail. I did not receive an estimate.

Description of Work: I had an old roof that had been battered by hail storms over the years. Finally after getting stains in my ceilings I called my insurance company. They suggested a local company over the storm chasers who knock on your door so the warranty would be honored. I found Queen City Roofing. They removed my old roof, made the necessary repairs and replaced my roof. They were awesome to work with. They were very professional and honest. They did a great job and cleaned up everything perfectly.
