JUDY CONDREN WAS VERY ATTENTIVE AND KNOWLEDGABLE AND HAD BEEN TRAINED ON THE BACKGROUND INFO FOR SELLING THEIR FURNITURE. SHE MADE SURE ALL MY QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED AND WHEN I RETURNED TO MAKE MY PURCHASE SHE QUICKLY WENT THRU THE AUTO FAST CREDIT SETUP FOR THE CHARGE ACCOUNT AND SAID THE ITEM SHOULD ARRIVE AT THE STORE IN ABOUT 16 DAYS. IMAGINE THE DELIGHT, WHEN THE NEXT DAY, I RECEIVED A CALL FROM PIER 1. A CANCELLED ORDER FOR THE SAME SOFA WAS AT THE STORE AND IT WAS OFFERED TO ME! THAT'S GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Description of Work: JUDY CONDREN SOLD ME THE 'DARON' SIENNA RED LARGE SOFA AND SET UP MY NEW CHARGE ACCOUNT WITH THE 10% OFF DISCOUNT AND NO PAYMENT FOR 12 MONTHS PLAN.
