I requested a quote and was put in touch with Morris Jenkins within minutes of submitting. I spoke with Jennifer who provided clear detailed information on their service plans and got me set up quickly and easily. She was also able to schedule a technician to come perform our maintenance as well as look into the issue we were having with 2 rooms not getting as cool as the rest of the house. She called back a few minutes later to let us know both services could be rolled into one call as part of our plan. Bonus points for being proactive and valuing our time and money!! The technician Lee called us about 30 minutes before he arrived to make sure it was still a good time. He arrived exactly on time and was polite, professional and intent on answering any questions we had and making sure everything was in top working condition. We are very pleased with the fast, efficient service provided by Morris-Jenkins as well as the attention to providing a high quality customer experience both Jennifer and Lee showed us.

I had an issue with my kitchen sink draining properly. The technician Overton arrived on time as scheduled. He called 30 minutes prior to confirm and advise he was enroute. I received a good explanation, prior to him starting any work, of what the minimum charges would be and he gave me a ball park idea of what the worst case scenario might be. He was able to quickly resolve the drainage issue and in a very short amount of time and he cleaned up after himself. To be honest, I anticipated paying more, but my Priority Advantage membership help reduce my cost. I would re-hire them for a plumbing issue.

They really took the time to go over the whole project& also pointed out how the furnace was incorrectly installed posing a deadly C02 escape potential which I am extremely grateful to them.Morris Jenkins by far is the contractor you want to hire!
