Mayzlin Relocation arrived on time and were both very patient and professional while being very friendly. They did a great job. The elevator broke but that did not change their disposition. They just took the stairs and kept on working until the job was done. I will definitely hire this team again if needed.

This was to move a washer and dryer to a different address. They were courteous, professional and very helpful with the whole process. I would have no issues with either using them again for recommending them to someone else.

These gentlemen were just thatâ ¦perfect gentlemen. The were responsive and careful and went way out of their way to move me expeditiously and with great care of my furniture. I highly recommend them and will be using them again.

Furniture was 5 days beyond the window and we were not notified until the day of delivery by email that delivery was delayed. We had to rent a hotel room at the last minute at our expense. Charges were not transparent. We had the customer service group, and the manager in charge of loading give us one figure and then the delivery manager gave us a complete different number (+$2000). Their policy is Venmo or Zelle payment upon unloading but Venmo has a $3500 limit so it can't be used. They refused to take a credit card. When the delivery was delayed they would not call me and refused to return my calls. I am an executive with a fortune 250 company. If my company did business this way we would be out of business. Use Mayzlin at your own peril.

The guys who came were with and efficient. It was also a plus that they were very friendly and took great care of my items. They made the move go quickly and moved all of the items with ease.
