The office staff is great. They talk to me about the appointment. The waiting room is clean and organized and I rarely had to wait they try to be on time as much as possible.

She's always so helpful, thorough and positive.

Dr. Gustafson treated a gum problem and did a thorough oral cancer check.

Fabulous service. Staff is very friendly and fun to interact with. Services exceeded my expectations. Very little to no pain. I highly recommend this practice. Only con is you have to pay in full as they file Delta Dental for you and you have to wait for reimbursement.

The usual routine to get a crown. This Dentist has already replaced several cracked teeth with new crowns. X-rays and photos were taken for the insurance company. I currently have a temp crown while the permanent crown is being made at the lab. The dental assistance took multiple molds of the tooth to assure that the crown will look and fit just like the original tooth. I will be back in two weeks to have the new crown permanently glued in place.

The hygienists here are wonderful. She takes time to answer all of our questions and the services are reasonable as well.

If you sign up for email, do it in an account where you get lots of non-functional emails. The site wants to be updated a lot, yet is very difficult to use.
Do ask for the blanket if you are cold natured; I love how cool it is, and the dental assistants need it for how fast they hustle. They keep a blanket in almost every room.

Overall, the appointment went very well.  The hygenist was very thorough, friendly and knowledgable.  The dentist came in, we talked for almost ten minutes to review my history, she examined my teeth and then we talked again about future treatements.  Scheduling my next appointment was very easy and I was offered several options around billing (payment plans, discount plans, check, credit card, etc).

Fine. She explained what was going on, anticipated when I needed to swallow, and made the experience as pleasant as possible. She seems to have done a good job with the cleaning.

The last time I went there was for a cleaning and a crown repair. They are very professional and do a very good job. The office staff is very good as well. My overall experience with them has been good.

She is very impersonal. She is quite rough in her technique. She seems very disinterested while the patient is in the chair. My subsequent dentist found the crown she installed to be very poorly done.

Although it was a typical visit all the people in the office are very happy and professional. I have used this office for years and there is usually very little wait time, the staff are always happy and look professional, the dentists, in this case Dr. Rogers, are always polite, punctual, and caring. I recommend this office often. This latest time they asked specifics about my children, job, and family. I usually even have the same woman who does the cleaning. I am not sure if the practice does this on purpose, but I think it is really great. The visit did not cost anything because of insurance.
