Great Limousine Company! Took us on a tour in their Black Mercedes Sprinter. Had bottled water and ice waiting on us! We were able to put in a movie and watch it on the ride....TWO DVD's! The chauffeur made us feel like royalty! He opened our doors and made sure to pick us up close to the entrance so we wouldn't have to walk! GREAT TIME!!! We are going to make this a YEARLY event! The last time we needed car service was a last minute trip to the airport just before Thanksgiving. We called Avenue at 1:30AM and requested a ride to the airport within hours of making the call. They showed up early as they always do with a beautiful clean SUV. The driver had hot coffee for us and had the rear heated seats on for both us. Avenue goes above and beyond all the time, and as a regular business traveler these guys have earned my business. I have tried many other car services in Charlotte and no one is even close to these guys with the level of service they provide, and he fleet of vehicles they run.
Description of Work
We have used Avenue for both transportation to and from the airport, and for limousine service. They have as nice of fleet of vehicles as anyone in Charlotte. We have used many car service companies in the past, but Avenue is by far the best. They always show up early, in clean cars that are stocked with bottled water and gum, and have heated rear seats in all their sedans and SUVs. The drivers are very polite and professional. The limousine fleet Avenue has is also second to none. We visited four or five companies to hand pick limousines for a wedding, and Avenue has the nicest fleet of limos in Charlotte.
