From the first call to the sales encounter to installation, my husband and I were very impressed. We knew this would be an investment and we have not been disappointed. The team left the house cleaner than what we left it. We ha a couple custom windows in bad shape and they now look gorgeous. Our heat instantly kicked on way less so we anticipate a warm winter with our new windows next year!

We have loved our experience from start to finish with Renewal by Andersen! From Michael coming over to create a bid and it just felt like friends hanging out, to the crews being kind, professional and prompt. We have received so many texts and phone calls making sure that everything is just perfect and we couldn’t be happier! We recently had 14 windows replaced at our lake place by Renewal By Anderson of Montana. We had not planned to replace our windows for a few years, as we knew we couldn’t afford it at this time. I had seen all the RBA advertisements, so I thought I would request a brochure so I could read more about windows and figure out what I would need to budget for to replace the windows. Well, the rest is history. The entire experience was above my expectations. My initial contact from Nikki for a free-in-home consultation to Jeffrey for the presentation, quote & financing options, and Forrest to ensure the window measurements were accurate. The best experience was Beau and his team installing the windows and trim in 3 days. Beau and team were very professional and friendly. The workmanship was outstanding and the cleanup by the team each day was awesome. Beau also addressed any concerns/questions I had each day. If you are getting windows installed in the Helena area, I would highly recommend requesting Beau and his team. Overall it was a great experience. I would highly recommend spending the money and having your windows replaced by RBA. You get what you pay for!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Don't get me wrong, looking at a whole house window project is daunting at best. It is tough to wrap your mind around the fact that this is really a lifelong purchase....one that you enjoy daily, saves you in the long run, and gives you some peace of mind with a 20yr warranty! This product is not your ordinary window. The whole process was very smooth and we love the windows...what a difference! THANKS!!

Absolutely fabulous! Renewal by Andersen did a great job. The windows are amazing and the workmanship is top notch. Waylin’s installation crew was fast, professional and a pleasure to work with. They installed the windows cleanly, and you couldn’t tell they were even there after all was said and done (well, except for the great looking windows that remained!). I recommend Renewal by Andersen to anyone looking for window replacement. They were fast (9 windows and the siding door in a day and a half!) and did great work. From sales to install; a great experience!

Anderson gave us a timeline to complete the project in 4-5 days and they got it done in 3 with 4 workers. They know what they are doing abs can really get to work. They have an attention to detail and even with things with minor imperfections we’re getting replaced. I would use them again if I ever had to.

Windows came in quicker than expected. Work was done in 2 1/2 days. Very happy with workmanship and quality of the Windows and door.

The experience left me totally satisfied! I was hesitant at first due to the price but I soon found out that the service and product were well worth it! I feel very comfortable using Renewal by Andersen-MT and hope to have more windows replaced in the near future!

We love our windows! Everything from our initial meeting with Tom to our install with John was just as we'd hoped. We didn't have to wait long - initial order was on October 3 and install was January 6/7. Aesthetically, the windows look original to our 1950's home, and it is so much quieter - Our bedroom windows are just adjacent to our neighbor's driveway and we barely hear their teenagers roll in late at night. There were absolutely no hiccups and when we can afford it, we'll try to get our big picture window done!

We just completed our last 3 windows with RBA of MT and it was just as good if not better the second time around. Joey was as personable as ever, Forrest was accurate with his measuring, and Shane's installation team was top notch. They were on time, clean, thorough, friendly. It was a bitter cold day and they proceeded with a smile. They didn't leave until everything was perfect. Couldn't be happier with the whole process!

My wife and I purchased an older log home in the Bridgers in early 2020. It has a panorama of windows overlooking the mountain peaks. During the process of remodeling we decided we needed to upgrade the windows to more energy efficient ones. We researched many brands from cheap to high end hoping to get a good deal and in the process we learned that you get what you pay for in windows. Cutting costs on the windows is NOT where one should do it though. We contacted RBA and Scott came out and spent some quality time with us explaining Anderson's retro fit windows to us. There was no "used car salesman" feeling throughout the process. In fact he was very informative of windows and replacements in general. Although these windows are not cheap, given their quality construction and 20 year warranty we felt these were the windows for us. Pay now or pay later, as in having to replace cheaper ones sooner with having to go through the process all over again. Scott was VERY helpful in getting us financing as well which made the process so much easier than I had expected. The installers were above expectation in their professionalism, work ethics, timeliness and overall attention to detail. Both my wife and mother who was staying with us at the time said that Channing and his crew were very friendly and respectful. As I couldn't be there during the install this gave me reassurance that they were in good hands. Overall it was a great experience and we're already looking forward to installation of the rest of the windows in the not too far future. If you need windows, do not hesitate to give Scott and his crew a call.
