The thing we were most impressed about through the entire process was the communication. From the very first appointment with the sales professional, to the final follow up call and text… communication was amazing! We knew exactly who was going to arriving at our home and when for appointments and they were never late. We will always be Anderson customers from here on out. Not to mention our windows are BEAUTIFUL!! Customer service is not something you come by much anymore and they do it better than anyone!

We needed to have all of our windows replaced and we chose Renewal by Andersen. We did it over a three-year period and each team that came to do the work were very professional. They took every precaution to make sure our home was protected from the weather while they installed the windows. We had two octagon windows to replace and the new ones were much nicer than the old ones. The crews were very efficient and clean. They went out of their way to make sure we were very happy with the installations. I highly recommend Renewal by Andersen.

From initial consultation to installation, our experience with Renewal by Andersen was five star. We replaced 3 windows in our 1940s home and the consultant and installers dealt with all the quirks and issues that come with an older home. We were kept well-informed of the progress of our windows and they actually arrived ahead of schedule and we're installed in one day. We've noticed a difference this winter in terms of efficiency and are expecting the same during the summer heat. We highly recommend Andersen and would not hesitate to use them again.

This was our second time using RBA to finish replacing our windows. The crew was very nice and unexpectedly finished in 1 day instead of 2. However there was a mis-measured window so they had to return a third time, which wasn’t a big deal. After the second installation, my 8 month old daughter found a piece of glass, that the crew had left behind, and put it in her mouth. Thankfully I caught it before any damage was done and some directly to David who we very distraught at what had happened, as we’re we all. He was very kind when we made the problem known to him and the local manager came out to inspect the area. He was kind enough to bring a stuffed puppy for our little girl as well. They all were apologetic about the situation and when the next crew came in the finish the final window, they were extremely thorough and took their time to make sure nothing was left behind. We appreciate the crews hard work to make the wrong right.

I was very pleased with everyone we dealt with at Renewal by Andersen. Everyone showed up when they were scheduled and were very professional. The windows have made a huge difference in the look and comfort of our house. The customer service rep checked in often with us during and after our initial order.

The crew was quick, clean and polite. The windows actually came in many weeks earlier than they estimated. I was very happy with how efficient they were. As for the performance, I cannot believe how much they have helped keep my home much more temperature stable and Quiet!

We had 3 upstairs windows replaced last December. The windows fit very nicely. All 3 windows were installed in 1 afternoon. The installers were cheerful, respectful and cleaned up everything by the time they were done. We are very pleased.

RBA has wonderful installers - very professional, courteous and efficient. In addition, they left our home spotless. We had several windows installed and our home is now soundproof to outside traffic and is warmer this winter. The view outside is much clearer as well. We highly recommend RBA.

We had 4 new windows installed 9 months ago and loved the summer time with both windows able to slide open for better air flow. This winter brought a week of negative degrees where we could really tell a difference in the rooms with the new windows versus the old. With the sliding windows and no handles on them it is a little tricky for the kids to get them all the way closed to lock up, but everything else about them (ease of cleaning, protection, air flow, amazing screens, etc) out weigh that issue. We can't wait to replace the ones on the back of the house as well!

Renewal by Andersen was an excellent company to work with. From start to finish the communication was perfect, we were always kept in the loop. The installation was great. The install team goes the extra mile to ensure the job in done correctly and cleanly. Could not ask for a better job.

This was our second time using Renewal by Anderson to complete the window replacements in our home. We hopefully expected and happily received the premier service we had come to know from this company and their crew. Living in a very rural area, it is often that when we contract for a project, we don’t often get a top notch level of service. With Renewal by Anderson it’s an entirely different experience. The oversight and coordination of people and materials is top notch. On this half of our project, the crew chief was also able to correct a couple of areas of concern with the trim and moldings and took extra care and consideration to insure I was completely satisfied with the outcome. There were two windows with minor defects, but defects none the less. They simply agreed to replace both sections of glass. That’s a 100% guarantee that can only satisfy even the fussiest customer. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and their product time and again.

Renewal by Andersen is an awesome company to work with. You cannot buy nicer replacement windows, and the installation crew was outstanding. The fit and finish is perfect. We could not have asked for a better experience. We absolutely love our new windows and patio door!

Renewal by Andersen was incredible from beginning to end. I was apprehensive at first because the cost and windows aren't that fun to buy but how wrong was I!! I finally signed on the line and started the process. Michael the representative was/is great! The staff undated me every couple of weeks without me calling them. Then the install was beyond incredible. I was having anxiety about the mess that might be there when they were done or not liking the finished product buuutttt I was completely blown away by the two men who installed, as well as, how beautiful my windows are. I couldnt recommend this company more.

We are so happy with the quality and appearance of our windows and trim. The house feels warmer and they refreshed the appearance of the house inside and out. The installation process went smoothly and the installer went to extra effort to blend the new window into an existing bay window set up. The install went great. The crew was really efficient, professional, experienced, friendly and meticulous. They were easy to talk to and answered any questions I had.
